Lemonade Iced Tea "A lemony sweet frozen treat" In a heatproof jug or a teapot, brew 2 teaspoons of black tea for at least half an hour. Strain and place in the fridge until completely cold. Pop a bottle of lemonade in the freezer until semi-frozen In a tall glass add ice cubes and then fill with half chilled tea and half semi-frozen lemonade Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of Lemon

Moon Milk
1 tsp of coconut oil or ghee 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon & turmeric 1/4 tsp of ground ashwagandha 2 pinches each of ground cardamom, ginger & nutmeg Freshly ground black pepper. Heat 300ml of your favourite milk over low heat, then whisk in: Simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Pour into a mug & add 1 tsp of honey to sweeten. Sweet dreams! "For a dreamy night's sleep"

Traditional Chai "Milky and Flavourful Spicy Chai" In a small saucepan or milk pan, heat 300ml of your favourite milk over low heat. Stir in 1-2 tsp of loose leaf chai, adding more or less to taste. Allow to brew on a low simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The tea will turn a lovely caramel colour when ready. The darker the colour, the stronger the flavour. Strain into cup or mug and serve sweetened with honey.

Thai Style Ice Tea "Deliciously Creamy, Spicy & sweet treat" Make strong brew using 2 tsp of black tea in one cup of boiling water. Allow to steep for at least 30 minutes Strain and chill in the fridge until cold Fill a tall glass with ice & fill halfway with the cold tea Top up with cold evaporated milk Stir to combine or alternatively, mix in a cocktail shaker!

Dirty Chai "the best of both worlds"
Brew 1-2 tsp of chai in 200ml of hot water Using your coffee machine, make a strong espresso Strain chai Fill a large mug with 1/3 chai and 1/3 espresso Froth the milk and add to the chai and espresso mix Top off with a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon Serve sweetened with honey or sugar if desired. Try this recipe using a coffee maker and a milk frother.

Milky Chai Latte In a small teapot, brew 1-2 heaped teaspoons of chai in 200ml of freshly boiled water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes In the meantime, heat 150ml of milk using your coffee machine or milk frother. Swirl some honey around the inside of a medium-sized, heatproof glass. Fill glass to halfway with strained chai and top up with hot frothed milk. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. "For a cafe-style treat"

Tea With Lemon "For a zesty and fresh cuppa" Add 1 tsp of black tea into a tea strainer or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and 2 slices of fresh lemon. Allow to brew for 3-5 minutes. Pour into a glass and serve with honey and extra slices of fresh lemon. This also makes a refreshing drink on a hot day when served chilled over ice.

Iced Herbal Tea Brew 2 tsp of herbal tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 30-60 minutes. The longer you brew, the stronger the flavour. Strain & chill in the fridge until cold Fill a tall glass with ice & pour over your chilled tea Garnish with lemon & a sprig of mint for a fresh zesty taste "Refreshing icy treat for a hot summers day"

TeaPot "Proper" tea just like nanna used to make! Add 1 cup of hot water to the teapot to warm it up. Add fresh cold water to the kettle & bring to a boil. Meanwhile, empty the hot water from the teapot and add 1 heaped tsp of tea per person & one for the pot. Pour over freshly boiled water & allow to brew for 3-5 minutes. Use a tea cosie to keep the teapot nice & warm. Strain & pour into teacups, add milk & sugar if desired.

Top Tip : Avoid overfilling the strainer! Allow room for tea leaves to expand and for the water to be able to flow through the leaves. This will ensure you extract the maximum flavour from the tea leaves.
