Summer Program 2020

Canada’s Wonderland Canada’s Wonderland is Canada’s first and largest theme park featuring over 200 attractions, 68 thrilling rides, North America’s greatest variety of roller coasters, Splash Works, a 20-acre water park and live shows. At 306 feet (93.27 m) in the air, Leviathan is the tallest ride in the park, dropping riders at an intense 80 degree angle. Behemoth has eight extreme drops, open air seating, high speed twists, turns and loops. The daring may want to be lifted 23 stories high and then dropped at 100 kilometres per hour aboard Drop Tower. CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium The CN Tower is the World’s Tallest Building, at a height of 553.33m (1,815 ft., 5 inches) it is an important telecommunications hub, and the centre of tourism in Toronto. Each year, approximately 2 million people visit the CN Tower to take in the breathtaking view and enjoy all of the attractions it has to offer. (www.cntower.ca)

At Ripley’s Aquarium, you can immerse yourself in a world of 16,000 aquatic animals and discover your own underwater adventure. The Aquarium features North America’s longest underwater viewing tunnel with more than 5.7 million litres of water and over 100 interactive opportunities. This awe-inspiring attraction consists of nine carefully curated galleries showcasing a cross section of saltwater and freshwater environments from around the world – starting with species from Toronto’s backyard, the Great Lakes basin. Assessment Test Monday Optional Activities: See the best of French Canada on our guided tours through three amazing cities: Ottaw , Montreal, nd Quebec City. Get to know a different, distinct Cana i n culture, the people, and experience the most famous sites and scenes of Ontario and Quebec. See famous sites such as The Canadian Parliament Hill, Byward Market, Old Montreal, Mont Royal, Old Quebec, and the most photographed hotel in the world, the Chateau Frontenac. njoy free time in all three cities, and the Rockport 1000 Island Boat Cruise. Tours available July 4-6 and August 1-3 . Trip includes transportation, activities, hotel accommodation, and some meals (2 breakfasts, 2 dinners). Cost: $600/person (4 students per room, 2 per bed) OR $725/person (2 students per room, 1 per bed). Sunfest is Canada’s Premier Celebration of World Cultures, held without admission fee in Downtown London’s beautiful Victoria Park. This festival features music performers from all over the world, a variety of international foods, and lots of outdoor shopping. SunFest will be held July 2-6 . The Home County Folk Festival is a long-standing tradition in London, celebrating music, food, and art. The festival is held in Victoria Park, and admission is free. The festival will be held July 17-19 . Th London Rib Fest is held annually in Victoria Park Chefs from across North America will compete for the best-tasting ribs. Admission is free. The festival will be held July 31-August 3 . Students under the age of 18 who require a visa to enter Canada will require London Language Institute to act as legal custodian. An additional fee of $50 for legal fees will be applied for this service.
