Route 32 makes every effort to accurately describe every item offered for sale. All items are being sold “as is” & “where is” and it is the bidders’ responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item as grading is subjective. We recommend previewing items prior to the auction. Route 32 will not be held responsible for typographical errors. Neither we nor the consignor, makes any guarantees, warranties, or representation expressed, or implied, in regard to the property or the correctness of the catalog. (Shipping Terms Continued) - All items larger than 32" will be sent for 3rd party shipping. We are partnered with both The Freight Station and Navis. Once your items have been received by the 3rd party they will be contacting you for shipping payment. Any risk of loss or damage to the items during transit via carrier, in excess of the insurance provided by or purchased from Route 32, is at the risk of buyer. Buyer releases Route 32 Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney’s fees, for any claims brought against Route 32 for loss or damage occurring in transit. Storage Fees_______________________________________________________________________ All items not picked up after 30 days or with unpaid shipping, may assess a storage fee of $100 per month. After 90 days, items that have not picked up or with unpaid shipping, bidder authorizes Route 32 to sell at standard commission and consignment terms. You can listen to the sale via phone and advise the representative to bid on your behalf. (We recommend that you leave an emergency absentee bid in the rare case we are unable to contact you prior to the sale of the item.) Absentee bids will be executed by the auctioneer or a Route 32 Auctions representative during the live sale. We will execute your bid up to the maximum amount requested. Bidding Rights & Responsibilities_ ____________________________________________________ The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. Route 32 is not responsible for any errors in bids, omissions of bids, or failure to execute bids. Absentee Bids______________________________________________________________________ Route 32 will accept absentee bids if pre-authorized. If there are two identical bids placed on the same item, priority will be given to the first bid received. Payment_ __________________________________________________________________________ All merchandise must be paid in full within seven days of the date of sale. Credit Card- There will be a 3% fee charged for all credit card payments. There will be a $20 fee for all declined credit cards. Check- Make checks payable to Route 32 Auctions LLC. There will be a $20 fee for all returned checks. Please contact us within 2 business days after the auction, otherwise all transactions will be automatically processed. In the rare circumstance where bidder does not remit payment within 30 days, Route 32 will proceed with legal action necessary and will block bidder from further auction participation. Sales Tax___________________________________________________________________________ Items purchased from Route 32 Auctions are subject to all state and local taxes, unless appropriate tax-exempt forms are on file with Route 32. If bidding online you must have your tax exemption uploaded to your account to be considered exempt. Bidders agree to pay for Route 32’s actual amount of taxes due if sales tax is not properly collected for any reason. If picking up items after the day of auction, you must notify our office within 2 business days. You have 30 days to pick up your items during normal business hours, which are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. All other items will be prepared for shipping. As a general rule the following guide will apply: - Invoices that have all lots under 32" will be kept here at Route 32 Auction House for in house shipping. You will receive shipping information directly from us.

Congratulations! If you are at the auction in-person, you may pay at the front desk for your items. Item liability transfers upon a successful bid. Items paid for must be packed, transported and/or removed by the purchaser at own risk after the close of the sale. If an employee of Route 32 packs or transports the merchandise, it is fully at the risk and responsibility and expense of the purchaser. Route 32 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may be caused by the agent or employee.

Coming to Route 32 Auctions on October 21 is a Toy Auction you will not want to miss. This auction will have a wide range of antique toys including die-cast cars, trucks, planes, and animals, as well as model trains and airplanes. Truly a great collection of vintage toys. Along with all of the vintage toys, there is also a nice collection of model RC airplanes ready to take to the skies. Doors open day of the auction at 9 a.m. EST and the auction starts at 10. The 2022 Iron Invasion Car Show and Auction is back again in October. The goal of this event is to raise money for children with congenital heart defects - and have a great time while doing it. This event will obviously have a great car show, but it also has bands, mini bike races, dirt drag races, and lots more. Once again this event will take place at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds, 2815 Locust Street, Davenport, IA 52804. This intro model Heddon 1600 side hooked Deep Diving Wiggler, has twin (two) belly weights and early four sided head with “Heddon Dowagiac” engraved diving planes.Coming in Green Crackle Back finish, L-rig hardware with pigtail line tie. This is an extremely rare variation on these early baits and will grade near excellent.

25 No. 73 Series Paw Paw Wotta Frog Lure Green Splatter Finish Considered to be the baby sized Wotta-Frog and measuring in at 3 1/4” in length. The model 73 Paw Paw Wotta Frog is distinct with its signature Green And Black splatter finish and sharing the same lineage as it’s big brother. Each was hand painted, therefore, no two are exactly alike. Reverse stamped Paw Paw Bait Company on the diving lip. A classic and highly collectible lure.

22 Heddon Bait Company 200 Slope Nose Surface Minnow Another beautiful and near pristine condition Heddon classic bait. Two pin diving collar, blue head blending to white body paint finish. Tougher 3 Hook rigging in two piece hardware. Immaculate, unbroken belly stencil. EX overall condition.

26 World War II Era German Stahlhelm Helmet Leather liner is intact, buckles and chin strap are present but chin strap has been cut, leather insert has what appears to be handwriting on it, looks to say “Jg. Kehder 3” but it is faint and difficult to read, helmet is stamped 2160 on underneath of rear skirt and EF61 underneath the left hand side skirt, rivets are intact, decal is missing but you can see where it was, helmet was hit with either shrapnel or a grazing bullet near the right temple as evidenced by the paint flaking, steel denting, and signs of lead splash, shows signs of wear, paint loss, oxidation, and discoloration, leather liner shows wear, cracking, and some leather damage, 6.5”x11”x9.25”, rated 7

30 Tough Paw Paw Bait Company Yellow Frog Skin Covered Croaker Lure Designed to follow in the footsteps of the Wotta Frog lure series, comes the Paw Paw Croaker. It was innovative as it used real frog skin to cover a wooden bait. This antique lure was first introduced in 1940 and was made of wood measuring 3” in length. The wood blank would then be covered by stretching frog skin from front to back. The Croaker lure used two trailing treble hooks to secure it’s prey. This is a spectacular example of a very sought after lure. It will grade a solid Excellent condition and more than likely unused.

19 Peters Cartridge 1910 Framed Calendar Copyright 1909, has top and bottom metal strips, displays well, shows some wear, creases, and paper loss/damage, has one page of the pad with staples, 35.5”x21.25”, rated 7.75

27 Heddon Dowagiac Slopenose #200 Surface Minnow NIB Finished with a blue head and white body. L-rig hardware. This mid teens production bait is in mint condition. Comes with an extraordinary condition and correctly marked Down Leaping Bass Box with early pocket catalog. You will probably not see another one nicer than this fine Heddon lure and box combination.

20 No. 72 Series Paw Paw Large Wotta Frog Lure Coming in a tough Yellow And Black Splatter finish. This large sized Paw Paw Wotta Frog is noteworthy for having hair at the base of each treble hook. A feature attributed to the earliest Wotta-Frog models. The paint finish considered to be unique to the lure industry as the splatter finish was considered an innovation when these great lures were introduced in 1941. Each was hand painted and no two are exactly alike. This makes each Wotta Frog special in it’s own right and highly collectible. This pristine bait will grade Excellent. This frog has a distinct paw paw engraved diving lip and measures 3 3/4” in length.

32 Heddon 3509BB Luny Frog Lure With Box Closed leg, coming in black with gold spots, EX/EX+ condition in its correctly marked early up bass box (EX-), complete with the original introductory hang tag. Heddon’s first venture into the world of plastic (pyralin), this first version Luny is rigged with round toilet seat hardware.

37 Heddon 6000 Tadpolly Lure And DLB Box Combination Finished in a beautiful fine sienna Green Crackleback. This 6000 series Tadpolly with heart shaped tail plate and unusual toilet seat hardware is in near mint condition (EX/EX+). L-rig hardware, marked heart shaped plate, with perfect glass eyes. The crisp, early, and correctly stamped 6000 down leaping bass box grades Excellent. It would be impossible to upgrade this pristine lure and box.

45 Heddon Dummy Double In Early Tall Box Scarce Heddon Dummy Double In Tall Down Leaping Bass Box. Bait is Dummy Double rigged in tough green crackleback with hand painted gill marks and marked props. Condition is outstanding with a minor varnish pointer or two, otherwise it is near EX. Comes in a very early down bass box with the Dummy Double paperwork. A great combination.
