She received her bachelors of business administration and human resource management from Baker College and is licensed in health, life and disability insurance.

Leading the online enrollment platform, Kelly and her team ensure the benefit information uploaded for each client is clear and concise. She works closely with the client to collect benefit information and with employees as they enroll in their benefits on the online platform. Kelly strives to adhere to client service standards handling any pressing enrollment matters as they arise.

Chris manages the TPA department and is licensed by the State of Michigan for Health, Life and Accident Insurance. She is also a Chartered Benefit Consultant.
