Bobby founded LDS in 2015, understanding the opportunities to be had in such a small niche market. 5 years later and over 2,000 jobs completed annually, Bobby continues to use his expertise in Business Development Strategy to help the company explode in mar- kets nationally. Prior to LDS, Bobby was the Founder of Greenwise Bankcard LLC/DonateWiseNow, a technology solutions company that developed and patented a “charity at checkout” solution. This program proved to increase foot traffic and customer loyalty, raised much needed funds for nonprofit organizations, and made it simple for business owners and consumers to support charitable inititiatives. And now, more than ever, this entrepreneurial spirit is spearheading career programs, creative marketing initia- tives, and growth strategy within LDS. Bobby enjoys spending time with wife, Nicole, and their two sons, Dylan & Cruz - which includes deep sea fishing, snowboarding & ski- ing, traveling, and attending sporting events for the boys.

Ron has been exposed to many facets of the business environment. He has negotiated credit facilities in excess of $3 billion dollars (73 financial institutions), completed com- plex corporate Federal and State Income Tax Returns (85 Subsidiaries), established an Accounting/Tax Department with 40 professionals, responsible for the Finance Functions (including Cash Management, Banking Relationships, Investor Relations) for the fourth largest long distance company (and several other Public/Private Companies), participated in the successful development, implementation, and sale of a start-up entity, and con- ducted negotiations and due diligence activities in over 25 acquisitions.

Brian has over 20 years of experience in a Director role, not only in acquiring new busi- ness but also leading operations and maintenance. Brian has received in depth training and certifications in both pavement markings and safety. He comes to us after 20 years at SP Plus (PFS) as Director of Maintenance. There, he was supervising all existing proj- ects, all while leading efforts in developing new client relations. “We are so fortunate to now have this Jack-Of-All-Trades and Master, says Robert DiMattina.” Most importantly, Brian will keep the line of communication open between LDS and their customers. The goal is to acquire feedback and understanding, so quality remains at the highest possible level. In serving customers well, LDS believes that only growth is in their future.

Charitable efforts that extend beyond donations… For the past several years, major focus has been placed on an industry-specific organization that directly affects families in the local market. Construction Angels is a nonprofit 501c3 that assists families of construction workers who have lost lives on the jobsite, with immediate financial assistance and grief counseling. LDS commits to certain financial goals each year through fundraising events, while playing an integral part as an active board member for the organization.

Since the company’s inception 5 years ago, LDS has expe- rienced steady growth and completes, on average, 2,000 jobs annually per market. LDS continues to be in postion for national growth, while maintaining strong roots in the Florida headquarters. The most important and sought after growth strategy is to (continue to) successfully service national pavement pro- viders. Our experience and expertise extends from the South and Southeast regions up through the North and Northeast regions, and most recently into the Midwest.
