ADAMlights prides themselves on their prowess, experience, and innovation in the European decor and lighting industries. They have become the market leader in the Baltic States and they continue to expand beyond that territory, being recognized for their designs in countries such as Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Switzerland, UAE, and New Zealand. D E S I G N For over 20 years ADAMlights has emphasised the importance of quality product design. They have managed to keep up with the fast development of technology in lighting design and respond to clients’ expectations in different countries and culturals. All of the

materials and components used in thier decorations are hand picked from the best manufacturers all over the world. Prior to usage these materials are tested in Estonia and are exposed to different weather conditions year round. P A R T N E R S H I P Downtown Decorations Inc. has been working collaboratively with ADAMlights on US based decor projects. One of our favorite projects has been a large RGB light installation at Sparkman Wharf, an outdoor dining and event space in Tampa, FL. This holiday project included mounting 3D Lighted Sasha trees on top of converted shipping container restaurants, to create an impressive animated light show.

With our Astor pole decorations your city can bring back the iconic holiday decor of mid century Main Street without dragging it out of Grandma's basement. With a nod to iconic 60's retro ornaments, these pole decorations are modern, stylish, and fun. Available in gold with warm white lights or silver with cool white lights. The Astor pole decorations feature a unique plexi material finished with a UV glitter. The center design features real UV rated holiday round ornaments (ornament inception!) Unlike traditional silhouette pole decorations these elements add daytime visabilty to the decor, so that holiday shoppers, daytime commuters, and the lunch bunch can all enjoy the holiday spirit. At night the decorations are outlined in LED rope light and topped with a rope light ribbon. The glitter and shiny ornaments reflect the lights to give off a vibrant shimmering effect.

Within our Streetwear Decor line of products we have curated mini collections of pieces that work well together to create diverse holiday programs. If Some of the collections like the Feona Collection include all the variations of a certain, pole decorations and cross streets. Other collections like our Royal Collection combine a variety of decor pieces that have been created with similar styles or . Our Royal THis is adventagous in areas where there are a mix of pole sizes allowing pole decorations like the 9' Marcel for large poles to be mixed with 4' Carol decorations on smaller poles. B U I L D I N G S Whether you want to hide or enhance the architecture of buildings lining the streets of your holiday program. Almost all of our streetwear decor line, both pole mounted decorations and cross streets, can be available as building mounted decor pieces. With this addition to a holiday program you are able to enhance or grow your program over multiple years. Build mounted decorations also give local businesses the ability to decorate thier building fronts with pieces that incorporate thier decor into the overall holiday program of the area.

The Deluxe Asteria has a contemporary and trendy snowflake design. It is the only snowflake with a mix of cool white and warm white lighting. This style is also available in simplified designs as the Asteria or Classic Asteria , avaialble in cool white or warm white lights.

N O L I T A

The Nolita is avaialble in cool white rope light with silver UV ornaments or warm white rope light with gold UV ornaments. To create an assorted snowflake program the Nolita can be mixed with the Lulu and Chelsy .

C H E L S Y The Chelsy decor is enhanced with UV rated silver reflective flitter discs. These discs flutter in the breeze reflecting both the sunlight during the day and the rope light in the evening. This adds a beautiful movement to the decorations. The Chelsy is also available in warm white rope light with gold flitter discs.

G A B R I E L L A

The Gabriella is condsidered one of the more unique snowflakes in the line because of it's graphic shape. It is constructed of both LED rope and 5mm mini lights. The Gabriella is also available in warm white lighting.

C A M I L I A

The Camilia is part of our Royal Streetwear Collection . This collection also includes the Carol pole decoration, which can be mixed onto a program with the Camilia to create a stunning assorted snowflake display.

Downtown Decorations was established by Ted Peterson as a small holiday décor business run out of his home basement. His son Garrett Peterson joined the business in 2003, and we quickly outgrew our humble headquarters as we moved from strictly small-town, municipality work to large interior mall and downtown projects. After years of steady growth, Downtown Decorations is now a premier provider of decorative services with a portfolio spanning projects of all sizes around the globe. We continue, however, to retain the values of a family business that pours the same level of energy and passion into each project that we did on day one – we just do it out of a slightly larger, aboveground office. At Downtown Decorations, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and product. We like to call ourselves a design house with the capabilities to design, craft, fabricate, and install décor. We are a one-stop shop for all things commercial decorations and want to provide our clients with the full “5-star hotel, hang out in the spa and get room service” kind of experience. While we like to think that our work speaks for itself, the way we do business and how we interact with our customers and partners are also integral to who we are as a company. These ideas are captured in our core values, which are not simply words on a website, but principles we live by each day. At Downtown Decorations, we are honest and open, passionate and enthusiastic. We strive for excellent customer relations by adopting a straightforward, no-nonsense attitude, resulting in quality products and work we can all be proud of.
