A COMPLETE RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEM FOR THE FUTURE and ASSAM GAS COMPANY LIMITED ————————————————————- EMBRACING THE FUTURE WITH RENEWABLE ENERGY

PRESENTED BY:

“Some solutions are relatively simple and would provide economic benefits: implementing measures to conserve energy, putting a price on carbon through taxes and cap-and-trade and shifting from fossil fuels to clean and renewable energy sources.” David Suzuki – Canadian Scientist

ABSTRACT As the 7 th largest nation in the world, India is also the world’s 5 th largest economy by nominal GDP and the 3 rd largest by purchasing power parity. India is considered one of the emerging superpowers of the world. In 2015, India became the world's fastest growing economy with an 7.5% estimated GDP rate (mid year terms). The country must overcome many economic, social, and political problems before it can be considered a superpower. Energy is the major source for the economic development of any country. India’s energy consumption has been increasing at a relatively fast rate due to population growth and economic development in the recent years. Energy plays substantial role in economic, hence relationship between energy consumption and economic growth is an important issue for economists. Renewable energy is one of the environmentally friendly sources of energy and effectiveness of growth economic and relatively in line with India's economic growth. India is the world's third largest producer and third largest consumer of electricity. The national electric grid in India has an installed capacity of 364.17 GW as of 31 October 2019. The per capita electricity consumption is low compared to most other countries despite India having a low electricity tariff. Developed nations are promoting clean energy technologies due to their heightened sensitivity towards the environment and being mandated under the various international climate conventions like the United Nations Framework on Climate Change, or, UNFCCC. India has its own sets of reasons for pursuing a low-carbon growth direction. It has envisioned 15% of electricity contribution from renewable energy sources by 2020 as against the present share of 6%, advocated under the National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC). This shall necessitate significant scaling up of RE capacity in similar terms. Renewable Energy projects are associated with high capital cost and lower levels of energy generation (due to limited availability of natural resources like solar radiation and wind velocity), leading to higher cost of energy generation. Besides, they lack the ability to reach economies of scale (due to limited availability of contiguous land area in resource rich regions); most wind and solar projects are limited to not more than few hundred megawatts of capacity.

SHOW THE WORLD IT CAN BE DONE In future, the Asian market and the world will look upon our system with admiration. We take great pride in the fact that our system can deliver all this with zero CO2 emission commitments whilst creating a cutting-edge, stable infrastructure for supplying more electricity production for the people with NO taxpayer’s money being spent anywhere anytime. Furthermore, our system utilizes a collection of rainwater and condensation water as supply source to our storage area; it cleans the water to drinking standard and delivers clean water directly to our consumer. It all comes down to one thing and one thing only – to help other people.

THE PROPOSAL This proposal is drafted to get the attention of the management of Assam Gas Company Limited (Assam Gas). As the main gas distribution company in Assam, Assam Gas must consider steps to the next level in implementing the green initiatives for its gas supply to 400+ tea factories, 1000 commercial establishments, about 31,000 domestic consumers and several big industrial consumers in the districts of Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Sivasagar, Charaideo, Jorhat, Golaghat and Cachar in Assam. There should not be a barrier for Assam Gas from implementing the Renewable Energy that powered from natural and replenishable sources in the world ~ water. It is our honour to share the system we developed and improvised to help in generating sustainable power that produces reliable green power and saves on the high electricity, which will help companies and nations managing their power sources. Our system uses all elements of what defined as Renewable Energy. The energy generated from renewable resources naturally replenished on human timescales, such as water and wind. With the system, Assam Gas will enjoy the world's recognition of the effort. Not only for providing green energy but also for caring for the environment and keeping nature at its best form.

POWER OPTION IN RENEWABLE ENERGY

To overcome the high rising electricity production cost, many Governments in the world are encouraging initiatives by utilizing space for solar power. Solar is the best choice to harvest free electricity. However, investment is costly. It cost millions to install a set of the solar system to produce a certain amount of power requires. Disadvantages of Solar Energy: Cost The initial cost of purchasing a solar system is fairly high. This includes paying for solar panels, inverter, batteries, wiring, and for the installation. Weather Dependent Solar panels are dependent on sunlight to effectively gather solar energy. Therefore, a few cloudy, rainy days can have a noticeable effect on the energy system. Also, solar energy cannot be collected during the night. Uses a Lot of Space The more electricity you want to produce, the more solar panels you will need, as you want to collect as much sunlight as possible. Solar PV panels require a lot of space and some roofs are not big enough to fit the number of solar panels that you would like to have. Associated with Pollution There are some toxic materials and hazardous products used during the manufacturing process of solar photovoltaic systems, which can indirectly affect the environment.

ADVANTAGES OF RENEWABLE ENERGY BY ELQUATOR On the other hand, the energy system developed by ElQuator is more suitable for the environment. It is environmentally friendly with no trace of any environment impacts and no CO2 produced during the process of energy production. Advantages of Renewable Energy System by ElQuator: Cost The full installation of Stand-Alone Micro-Hydro System will be fully bear by ElQuator. Weather Friendly Our Stand-Alone Micro-Hydro System works in all kind of weather, 24 hours a day. Energy collects and stores in our smart energy system and available when needed. THE SYSTEM

• Micro Hydro System is also known as a stand-alone hydro system. The unit can stand on its own and able to produce any amount of energy as it designed for, but it is not wise to run any system on 100% full performance. It will only be run on 75% performance 24 hours a day but will be put full 100% performance when needed. • The Micro Hydro System is simple as described in Wikipedia as pump hydro. There is mathematics in this that needs to be abided. Power in and power out minus lost in transmission is the well-known factor. Also, to use small power to gain larger power. • To make it simple in this resume, we use from 22% to 28% of the total power produced to have the 100% outcome from the main generator. We drop the water from a minimum height of 15 meters and at an angle of 32 degrees. The water run along a pipe size dimensioned to the specifications for the outcome. The pipes have small impellers along with it to produce DC power to storage. • When the water hits the main Pelton turbine, the turbine will rotate. The rotations go to the generator that produces AC power into either a synchronizer or controller, transformer and then to the grid. The synchronizer or controller use to make sure the HZ, AMP, and voltage are the required specifications. The water reaches in the upper reservoir after leaving the main turbine Pelton. From here it will be guided to the 4 + 2 meter Kaplan gate system, before sending it back to the reservoir at 15 meters up. • The Kaplan gate system is only for the power to return to the pump systems. It is when 22% to 28% of the power produced is used back to push the water back into the reservoir for the next cycle. It also acts as the backup system when needed if there is a break down to the system. • Micro Hydro system, on the other hand, has a lot of components. The main parts of the system are the AC generators and AC pumps, metal pipes in a various dimension and length; Pelton, Francis and Kaplan Turbine are all known in the hydro system. Size of the pipes matches the head and water speed. Control unit is custom made depends to project. H beam and ankle iron are 80% of the system's structure. STAND-ALONE MICRO-HYDRO SYSTEM

MECHANISM - MICRO HYDRO

• In this system we use our own energy to recycle the water, the spinning shafts move the water back to its own reservoir • By using a siphoning principle, power is generated twice in the process • Concurrently, hot tank from system 2 And 3 are cooled down in the reservoir • 100% independent and relatively small in size
