SITTER RULES
1. Sitters must sign in with the member name, sitter name and sitter number. 2. When using the Poolside Café, sign the member’s name, as well as, the sitter’s name. 3. Sitters must accompany the children at all times. 4. Sitters may only use the Family Center to access the family locker. The restrooms and showers are closed during Phase 2. 5. Sitters may not entertain a guest. 6. Sitters are exempt from restrictions governing local guests. 7. Sitters should review all of the Club’s rules including those rela ting to attire, conservative swim wear and cover ups, cell phone use and smoking. 8. The sitter card is transferable from one sitter to another within the same family, but not transferable between members. 9. Sitters may not be the spouse or significant other of a member.
SWIMMING POOL RULES DURING PHASE 2
The following are the aquatic guidelines for Phase 2, effective June 15th. As we transition into Phase 3, at a time still unknown, it is expected that some of the guidelines may be modified. • Members and family guests only - no non-family guests. • Members age 10 through 15 may utilize the Club independently but parents must inform them of safety protocols including the proper wearing of face masks and maintaining physical distancing that must be practiced while on campus. • Pool availability for adult lap swim: 7:00 am - 8:00 am. No more than two people per lane. Wednesday and Friday. • Pool availability for aqua fitness: 7:00 am until 8:00 am Tuesday and Thursday • Pool availability for youth clinics: 8:00 am - 9:00 am & 9:00 am - 10:00 am (limit 12 each session) Tuesday and Thursday. • Pool Open swim: Tuesday through Sunday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm • No shared pool equipment, toys or games will be available (or permitted.) • Queue spots will identify proper line spacing to access the diving board. • Lifeguards will provide focused supervision to ensure safe swimming activities. A “deck host” will be responsible for controlling the non-swimming environment, including cleanliness and sanitation as well as reminding members to adhere to physical distancing expectations. • No pool events, parties or organized swim activities will be conducted. • The Pool Café will offer “grab and go” menu selections as well as a modified cook -to-order service that is in compliance with safe service protocols. Occupancy limitations and queue spacing requirements remain in place. • Dining tables remain spaced as necessary to comply with distancing and capacity guidelines. When a member exits, tables and chairs are completely cleaned and sanitized in preparation of the next member’s use. • Members and family guests over the age of 12 who enter the Pool Café must have a face mask on. • All service staff and any employee likely to engage a member must wear a mask whether working indoors or out.
