We use where possible sustainable building materials to care for our environment. The traditional blockwork walls have a dry lined finish to increase thermal and sound efficiency with quality uPVC double glazed windows to ensure the minimum maintenance. All of our homes carry a ten year National House Building Council (NHBC) guarantee to give you peace of mind.

Heating All properties have gas central heating systems operated via a high performance boiler. Zonal control enables the creation of the right temperature throughout the house to suit your family’s needs with thermostatically controlled radiators to all areas.
