HISTORY OUR

2008 – started out as a subsidiary of a large integration company, concentrating on open protocol integration software. 2008 – 2009 – The company, still working as a subsidiary business, developed and launched Imperium software, which received numerous industry plaudits and developed a strong following. 2009 – 2010 – Imperium became independent and its software was selected as the platform for a site wide upgrade from conventional to IP CCTV at one of the UK’s largest international airports. 2010 – Present Day – The company are now based in a purpose built studio development with state of the art communications systems which allow both our satellite oce locations and our engineering sta to be accessed as extensions from our central telephone number.

ImPerium started out as an idea. We recognised that re & security systems and building management systems were converging, furthermore open protocols and specically, Internet Protocol (commonly referred to as IP) was the way forward. Having started out as a software company, ImPerium has rapidly devel- oped into a specialist supplier who fulls all aspects of your project and has developed an extensive service and maintenance capability covering the entire UK.

Consultancy and design services including post implementation auditing of all system types. PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEMS (PA) Many people underestimate the benet and versatility of installing a public address/ voice alarm system into a building. The ability to make live announcements to selected parts of a building can improve operating eciency; help keep sta or the public aware of on going or upcoming events and in the case of a voice alarm system literally save lives. Adding a music source system can give you background music to some or all areas of your building and improve the work environment for sta or customers. Pre- recorded messages can be used to inform routine events (re tests, closing time etc) or planned emergency procedures, such as building evacuations or lockdowns. Multi solution NVR’s, Full HTML Mapping capability, Extensive reporting, Geographic mapping facility, Asset tracking, High or low level system integration and Open protocol IP based.

Induction loops are for the hard of hearing ranging from simple counter loop system to complex radio based stadia systems for commentary and safety purposes.

A wide range of comunication solutions encompassing intercom systems and videophone and door entry installations we supply install and maintain systems including: Audio and Video Intercoms, IP Intercoms, Vandal Resistant Intercoms, Cell Call Systems, Nurse Call Systems, VoIP IntercomsDoor Entry, Court and prison custody areas, Disabled toilet alarms, Lone worker systems, Control rooms and Help points.

PROJECTS

SHAHJALAL MOSQUE & ISLAMIC CENTRE ImPerium Integration Ltd were approached by the community and was asked to design and install a brand-new public-address system for the mosque and have it operational for Eid, this gave us a week 3 deadline.

Dixons Carphone Warehouse Group

When we were approached to maintain an ageing and unreliable system by Dixons Carphone Warehouse (Curry’s), we were some what taken a back by the scale of the project. With over 1.5 million square feet of warehousing and oce space spread across two interlinked hubs the scale of the opportunity and the challenge were formidable.

Audio quality was of the upmost importance for them and Martin Audio CDD6 speakers had everyone smiling and reaching for the microphone to have a go themselves. Appreciation of the system wasn’t only conned to the mosque either, as it also included facilities to broadcast to people’s homes with a radio system and via the internet professional mixing facilities were provid- ed. Community events were catered for with external speakers and microphones/ PC input capabili- ty. As the centre plays an important role in teaching, several rooms were also provided with local facilities for microphones and laptop connections with a Clever Acoustics ZM8 Audio switching matrix facilitating exible distribution throughout the centre, these areas are now truly multi-func- tional and help the centre to make the most of its facilities with successful completion of the complex system and customer satisfaction (always a priority), ImPerium Integration Ltd are now moving forward with the wider Islamic community on the project in the North West.

MANCHESTER AIRPORT ImPerium Integration Ltd was chosen to provide an internet protocol (IP) CCTV upgrade for the entire Manchester

Comprising over 2500 cameras, multiple intruder alarm panels, IP intercoms and numerous legacy DVR’s, ImPerium are utilising “ImPerium Pro”, enterprise class software suite. The undue require- ments of one of the UK’s busiest airports means that as well as utilising the already extensive array of support IP devices, specialist development is being undertaken to provide integration with baggage

WESTFIELD LONDON SHOPPING CENTRE

Westeld London Shopping Centre is the largest inner city shopping mall in Europe. In addition to over 265 shops Westeld Shopping Centre has a wide range of facilities including car parks, concourses, bars, restaurant and a multiplex cinema. ImPerium Integration Ltd were employed to design, install and maintain a networked Voice Alarm system comprising over 20 separate racks networked together with re rated Fibre Optic cable. 06 Leeds United, Elland Road Stadium ImPerium Integration Ltd installed and maintained a networked voice alarm system comprising two separate rack locations in the East and West stands, linked by a re rated bre optic ring which is installed on the roof of the stands. The depth of the North, East and West stands means that two rows of Loudspeakers are employed, with the systems providing acoustic delay to the rear loudspeakers. Ever loudspeaker circuit is also provided with digital paramedic equalisation to allow for the tailoring of the sound in the four very dierent acoustic environments presented by each stand.

Glasgow Underground

Imperium have completed the replacement of the voice alarm system at all 15 Glasgow underground stations. The project has been ongoing for over two years and numerous technical and physical problems have been overcome to deliver the state of the art system. Touch screen controls and intreated digital recordings and announcements facilities are provided at the system control centre Broom Loan.
