Chesil Reach

Chesil Reach, Chickerell

Discover Chickerell

Chickerell is pretty little town just outside Weymouth that offers much natural beauty on its doorstep. Despite growing in size over the past two decades and achieving ‘town’ status, the heart of the commu- nity still remains very much that of a village. The development offers easy access to a host of good local amenities including an Aldi and a Co-op on the edge of the town, a few good pubs, a pre-school, pri- mary academy and Budmouth Academy secondary school locally. Weymouth is just 3 miles down the road with its beautiful beaches and a host of other services. This is an ideal location for those who are seeking a new home in Chickerell and wish to enjoy a local community atmosphere. Chesil Reach is our thrid development in this growing town. Our street scenes have taken inspiration from the local vernacular using brick, stone and render houses to create attractive street scenes. This devleopment will be made up of 292 new homes and will include 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses.
