All orders for Christmas Chilled & Frozen products must be placed in advance. You will be asked to select the release dates for despatch of your Christmas Chilled & Frozen orders when you fill out your order form. All goods should be taken within two weeks of your chosen release date. Please use the product code when placing your order. Please ensure that your total order is submitted and confirmed before Tuesday 20th August 2019. All new customers are required to pre-pay 20% upon ordering and the funds are required to be in our account by Thursday 15th August 2019. New customers with agreed credit insurance are required to pre-pay 10% upon ordering and funds are required to be in our account by Thursday 15th August 2019. Late or additional orders will NOT be processed if submitted after this date. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order meet the import requirements for your country. Please ensure that products meet import requirements before ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to request a deposit on receipt of your order. Orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions (available on request).

Closer to your chosen release date, you may top up your Chilled Christmas order with standard Chilled products in order to meet the minimum order quantity. Talk to your Account Manager to discuss.

Prices All prices are quoted ex-works. Please ask your Account Manager for a delivered price using our competitive international freight services. Notes Products are subject to manufacturers’ availability. We will endeavour to fulfil your order; however we cannot accept liability for short deliveries. Every effort is taken to ensure that this brochure is as accurate as possible. Packaging, product codes, brands and descriptions may be subject to change. Please note that in respect of our Christmas Chilled range we have shown the shelf life from the supplier where it is available. It is not guaranteed that all products will be dated post 25.12.19, therefore please liaise with your Customer Service Export Advisor if you require any additional information.
