Peter Campbell At Clarendon Homes, we know that far too many people settle for a home that’s not truly them. That’s why, back in 1978, I decided to put my time, knowledge and heart into designing and building homes specifically for everyday Australians. As founder and CEO, I set about building new homes, not just any new homes, but homes with heart – there’s a big difference. 2. 1. Request for Site Assessment and Tender

Tender and Site Assessment Discussion

A full site assessment confirms that your chosen design is permitted on your land and will be assessed by the town planner. Your formal tender will be prepared along with a site plan, floorplan and front elevation. To prepare accurate documents, we require the following reports:

Our experienced Tender Presenters will present you with the tender, ensuring it captures everything in your initial discussions with your Sales Consultant. During this meeting, we will present your site assessment, site plan and site costs. We will also go through any floorplan changes required to comply with your tender document.

– A full contour survey – A site inspection – Feasibility plan – Floorplan – Site calculations – Soil test

Meetings are held at our Head Office, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

3. 4. 5. 6. Building Agreement Colour Selection Council Application Construction

In this meeting, we will present your full set of architectural plans and your building agreement. You’ll also meet your dedicated Customer Service Consultant, your main point of contact during the pre-construction phase. After signing your building agreement, your Customer Service Consultant will book your Colour Selection appointment for our Lifestyle Studio.

Choosing the colours for your home is one of the most exciting stages of your journey.

We will obtain all reports and required documentation to support your application to Council. Your dedicated Customer Service Consultant will do all the hard work by liaising with Council to gain all approvals. You will be informed of progress throughout the application process.

Now your official site construction begins. Your main points of contact during this stage are your experienced Site Manager and your Customer Service Consultant. They will take care of all aspects of your build and keep you informed throughout the construction phase, from the laying of your slab until completion and handover.

Our design team has pieced together some of our favourite interior and exterior finishes to bring you a range of palettes to choose from.

Selections include:

– Internal finishes – External finishes – Finishing touches

Note: the payment is 5% at this stage.

Note: The Lifestyle Studio is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturday 9:30am to 2pm, and can be visited before your meeting by appointment only. To book an appointment, please call 8850 9111. Take this chance to explore all your design options. We promise it will be time well spent.

The simple steps to home finance with ClarendonHomes

Organising your new home finance can be complicated and time consuming, so Clarendon Homes have partnered with Loan Market to make it less stressful. Our in-house Finance Managers are specialist brokers in home building loans and are here to help make your journey an easy one, helping you secure the right finance for your home. You’ll also benefit from a Tender Expiry Guarantee, meaning you won’t incur a price rise between signing your tender and commencing construction should there be any finance delays. PLUS, there’s no interest on late payments during construction.

Collect all your required paperwork.

Sign and return your Mortgage documents when you receive them.

Sign and return your Final Consolidation and Reconciliation to your Customer Service Consultant.
