As WWE Global Ambassador, I have the honor of working with national and local partners around the world to work towards our mission of positively influencing communities and putting smiles on people’s faces. In my hometown of Tampa Bay, last April, WWE made the Tampa Bay Area community feel even more special because, for the first time in over a year, we welcomed back fans for WrestleMania. Tampa Bay hosted two action-packed nights at Raymond James Stadium, which hosted the NFL’s Super Bowl just a few months prior. We at WWE believe in leaving lasting legacies in the communities we touch, especially when centered around our WWE Premium Live Events. During the week leading up to WrestleMania , WWE launched the Community Champions program, which honored 11 organizations that serve key areas of need in the Tampa community. The awardees received grant funding, media exposure and, of course, a custom WWE Championship title. In addition, WWE, in partnership with my Bullard Family Foundation, made a long-term investment in the Tampa Bay community by creating five sustainable gardens, the first of which was built at Thaddeus M. Bullard Academy at Sligh Middle Magnet School. These gardens help to directly address the impact of nutrition insecurity in the community, which has impacted the lives of tens of thousands of families since the start of the pandemic. It’s also at WrestleMania where we saw WWE Community corporate partners activate around Tampa Bay to positively impact their local representatives and community members. Through in-person and virtual events, WWE Community activated events with Special Olympics, UNICEF Kid Power, Hire Heroes, Girl Up, and the Boys & Girls Clubs. I was very fortunate to work alongside our incredible partners with what we call the Community Champions Showcase, which honored more than 20 organizations throughout the year. Across our national partnerships, it was inspiring to see my friends and colleagues Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre be honored by Make-A-Wish and Special Olympics, respectively. WWE also continued to grow our relationships with Girl Up, Hire Heroes, UNICEF USA, and many others. The opportunity to provide experiences, moments, and resources to families embodies the goals of WWE’s Community Relations efforts: to inspire hope, empower communities, recognize service, and promote a culture of inclusion. AT WWE, WE BELIEVE IN LEAVING LASTING LEGACIES IN THE COMMUNITIES THAT WE TOUCH.

INCLUSION OUR VALUES IN ACTION:

SCHOOL OF STRENGTH ATHLETE STORY The mere mention of “bootcamp” can strike fear in the hearts of many. Yet, for others, it conjures up the idea of strength, which is precisely what inclusive bootcamp instructor and Special Olympian Beth Donahue wants her class to develop. Beth has worked with the Boston Bruins Foundation to promote healthy living, presented to thousands at a national sports conference, trained competitive athletes, and been featured in various publications. Beth is proudest when she is helping others reach their fitness goals. Beth’s skills and interests were the perfect match for helping to develop the School of Strength program for Special Olympics and WWE’s partnership. Together, Beth and five other Special Olympics athletes joined WWE Superstar Becky Lynch to create the adaptive fitness videos and tools course. “Everyone in my family and some of my friends exercise regularly. It is a lifestyle for me, not a chore. Getting exercise every day is something I can control; it helps me feel strong and confident. I feel so pumped before a run because I set a time or distance goal, and I work towards it. Running outside makes me feel like part of the community. Most importantly, though, is when I workout at the gym or teach a bootcamp class as a Special Olympics Health Messenger, that I’m a role model to others, and I can make a difference in how other people see themselves and how they see me. When I see other Special Olympics athletes in my bootcamp having fun, getting stronger and more confident, that motivates me to keep going! Being in the WWE video meant I could be part of a bigger push to spread the message that a healthy lifestyle is something everyone can achieve. WWE Superstar Becky Lynch is a role model of fitness. You can tell it’s an important part of her success.”

SPECIAL OLYMPICS

“When Special Olympics had to cancel or postpone competitions, it was more important than ever for athletes to keep their bodies fit and strong with a challenging, ongoing routine. This is where we leaned on the expertise of our partners at WWE to engage their Superstars in the creation of a fun and dynamic workout series.” Mary Davis, Special Olympics Chief Executive Officer 1 in 5 Special Olympics Athletes in the WWE School of Strength program reported having lower blood pressure.

ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP WWE’s partnership with Special Olympics started with the 1995 World Games in New Haven, Connecticut. It has continued through the more recent Special Olympics World Games in Abu Dhabi in 2019 and the ongoing corporate partnership with Special Olympics International and Special Olympics Connecticut. Special Olympics athletes and WWE Superstars play and compete together through unified sporting events, forming lasting friendships through sports competition and further promoting the Special Olympics mission of inclusion. With the onset of the pandemic, WWE and Special Olympics teamed up to create School of Strength – a virtual fitness program to keep athletes engaged in fitness, health, and wellness led by Special Olympics athletes and WWE Superstars Becky Lynch and Drew McIntyre.

WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre, Special Olympics Champion Ambassador

Looking to motivate athletes worldwide who were stuck at home during the pandemic, WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre led the School of Strength, which features free workout videos accompanied by downloadable interactive toolkits for coaches and caregivers. The program succeeded in garnering 100K pageviews and reaching 250 million people through traditional media in its first month alone. Mary Davis continued, “The impact goes much further than physical fitness. Together we are providing a trusted product that is fun, engaging, and specifically designed for Special Olympics athletes. This program is a perfect example of what our brands can do together.”

EMPOWERMENT OUR VALUES IN ACTION:

WWE Superstars R-Truth and Carmella with UNICEF Kids

WWE Superstars Dana Brooke, Mustafa Ali and Apollo Crews with UNICEF Kids

UNICEF KID POWER

ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP UNICEF Kid Power is a program of UNICEF USA that gives children the opportunity to make a real-world impact. By completing short, interactive videos, kids unlock critical donations both globally and locally. These donations include therapeutic food packets that UNICEF delivers to severely malnourished children globally and various causes in the U.S., such as feeding hungry families, providing medical care for vulnerable children, and more.

WWE reached more than 50K+ students through the UNICEF Kid Power platform in 2021.

LETTER FROM CMO SHELLEY DIAMOND Since launching our partnership with WWE in 2018, UNICEF USA has seen incredible growth for the UNICEF Kid Power program and within schools across the United States. The impact of WWE Superstars sharing their stories and journeys has been incredibly influential for our platform and the classrooms, teachers, and students we serve. Our partnership is committed to giving back directly to teachers and students across the country. In 2021, WWE and UNICEF Kid Power expanded the Road to WrestleMania Sweepstakes to offer grants and more funding for crucial resources. Later in the year, as schools planned to fully reopen, UNICEF and WWE launched the Classroom Comeback Sweepstakes to further aid teachers as they prepared to welcome students back into classrooms. In total, the Road to WrestleMania and Classroom Comeback Sweepstakes awarded $17K+ in grants, garnered participation from 6,700+ classrooms, and reached 204,000+ students. Most of the winning classrooms told us that they plan to use the grants to support their students through creating engaging play spaces and experiences. UNICEF Kid Power’s goal was to support students’ positive mental health by providing short, engaging brain breaks and empowering social-emotional learning activities that any teacher could easily use.

That’s what we love about the WWE videos in the UNICEF Kid Power platform – some are fun yoga breaks, and others focus on social and emotional skills to help children overcome obstacles in their lives and learn how to give back to their communities. “This program helps me connect my students to the world and the diversity of that world. It helped us continue our service work during a time that has presented challenges to do so otherwise. It has also given me another resource to access for social-emotional learning and mindfulness. I am so thankful our students are able to help others through their actions. THANK YOU for all you do and for giving students the opportunity to grow!” 2nd grade teacher from Colorado The support from WWE has been a tremendous lift in morale and empowerment for classrooms across the U.S. We are thrilled to be able to bring students relevant, positive messages from their favorite WWE Superstars – and we look forward to continuing to help create supportive and collaborative classrooms.

SERVICE WWE is committed to recognizing and providing opportunities to individuals and organizations dedicated to the service of their country and communities. In the aftermath of September 11, 2001, as terror and tragedy dominated the media landscape, WWE provided a beacon of hope with a special live edition of SmackDown . WWE continues to pay homage to the fallen and support our military. On the 20th anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, WWE dedicated Friday Night SmackDown at Madison Square Garden to the victims, their families, and some of the organizations who made a meaningful difference. WWE Superstars and Executives hosted a WWE Community Champion Award Reception recognizing Tuesday’s Children, 9/11 Day, and FealGood Foundation, where they were presented with custom WWE Championship titles and grants for their impactful work. WWE Superstar Zelina Vega, a member of Tuesday’s Children, tragically lost her father on 9/11 when she was 10 years old. Zelina not only had the opportunity to be a part of recognizing and honoring Tuesday’s Children at SmackDown , but the following day, through tears in her eyes, she proudly read her father’s name at the memorial site on the 20th anniversary of the attacks. OUR VALUES IN ACTION: 9/11 TRIBUTE

ABOUT 9/11 DAY: 9/11 Day is a nonprofit that created and annually organizes the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance as a permanent tribute to those killed and injured on 9/11 and the many brave individuals who rose in service in response to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. “In the hours after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, with the nation still reeling from the shock and loss of life caused by the tragedy, WWE was quick to recognize that Americans needed something to be proud of, something to demonstrate their resiliency, and something that would symbolize that America could never be defeated. WWE answered the call by having the very first public assembly to host a very special WWE SmackDown on September 13 in Houston. 9/11 Day is very proud to have been honored by WWE for its ongoing work to establish September 11 as a National Day of Service and Remembrance. In many ways, the work of 9/11 Day carries on WWE’s own message that Americans can never be defeated if we remain committed to each other and to working together in unity.” David Paine, CEO & Co-Founder ABOUT FEALGOOD FOUNDATION: FealGood Foundation is dedicated to service first responders who were injured or are facing life-altering illnesses from 9/11 and other similar events. “As a lifelong WWE fan, I have been blessed to work with Stephanie McMahon on Joe Biden’s Cancer Moonshot Task Force and again this past September 10th as WWE honored the FealGood Foundation for our work in the 9/11 Community. WWE has set the bar high for others to embrace and emulate when it comes to charity, philanthropy, and giving back around our great nation and around the world. I can only pray others follow in the footprints of this amazing corporation whose goal is not only to entertain but to give back.” John Feal Founder/President/Chairman

ABOUT TUESDAY’S CHILDREN: Founded following 9/11, Tuesday’s Children works with individuals and families impacted by the events of 9/11 directly. More recently, it has expanded its scope to include military families and mass violence or terrorism victims. “Tuesday’s Children is tremendously appreciative for the support offered by WWE. Both in creating magical moments and vital resources for expansion. The work of Tuesday’s Children is centered around building community to support those impacted by the tragedy of 9/11/01, and we could not do this work without partners such as WWE. WWE was responsive and thought creatively about how they could wonderfully impact positive change in the lives of those who need more healing and opportunities for resilience. Our families appreciated an evening to remember, and we look forward to many more opportunities for collaboration with WWE.” Sarah Winterroth, Senior Program Director

In addition, WWE Superstars commemorated the day by packing meals on the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum alongside athletes, executives, and stars from MLB, NBA, and Broadway. A documentary highlighting WWE as the first public assembly of its size, just two days after the attack, called NEVER FORGET: WWE Returns After 9/11 was also released. WWE will never forget the tragedy that unfolded on American soil, those affected by its devastating impact, and the resiliency of the American spirit.

HOPE OUR VALUES IN ACTION:

PARTNER LETTER: For more than 35 years, WWE Superstars have been there to provide hope to children battling critical illnesses. Throughout the pandemic, when these children had yet another wrench thrown into their plans, WWE Superstars showed up when they were needed most to provide inspiration and joy. With in-person Wishes on pause, the WWE Universe came together and continued to grant life-changing wishes by meeting with Wish Kids virtually over video calls. We are grateful for every WWE Superstar who has taken time to grant a Wish. This year, Make-A-Wish is especially thankful to WWE Superstar Roman Reigns, who has gone above and beyond to grant several virtual Wishes since the start of the pandemic. As such, we were proud to honor Roman with the Chris Greicius Celebrity Wish Granting Award for his commitment to Wish Kids around the world. Previous WWE Superstars to receive the award include John Cena, The Rock, and Hulk Hogan. Make-A-Wish is fortunate to have such support from WWE and their Superstars. Our Wish Kids and their families tell us the impact these virtual Wishes have had has been irreplaceable. Roman Reigns named 2021 Make-A-Wish Chris Greicius Award recipient.

MAKE-A-WISH

PARTNER OVERVIEW: Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. The organization seeks to bring every eligible child’s wish to life because a wish is an integral part of a child’s treatment journey. Research shows children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight their illness. Hundreds of WWE Superstars have been active participants in this program, including John Cena who is currently the leading individual with more than 600 Wishes granted. Wishes have been granted at every tentpole WWE Event, including WrestleMania and SummerSlam , along with thousands of other shows around the U.S. and internationally.

WWE Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie McMahon, was honored with the March of Dimes Corporate Leadership Award at the 38th Annual Sports Luncheon. This award recognizes individuals for their professional accomplishments and the overall impact they have had on the sports industry. MARCH OF DIMES INTEGRATION

“It really lifted Maddie’s spirits to get to have a one-on-one chat with Superstar Roman Reigns. He made her feel really special. She still talks about that call to this day.” Wish Kid’s parent

We are so appreciative of the continued support by WWE and are excited to get back to bringing Superstars and Wish Kids together.
