Company Profile

OUR HISTORY & MISSION

Construction Professionals, Inc. (CPI) was founded in 1989 by H. Grae Rambo, IV. Our focus from the beginning has been to provide excellent services to private development professionals. We have developed a client list which includes the premier developers in the Charleston area and the state of South Carolina. On most projects our services include working with the development and design teams to ensure our clients receive the very most value for their dollar spent. We evaluate methods and systems, taking into consideration current market conditions, to ensure the very best and most efficient product for our clients. Once construction begins, CPI fields an experienced team of project managers, supervisors and craftsmen to build finished products of which we and our clients can be proud. Our greatest testimony to our success is the fact that historically over 80% of the projects we build are for repeat clients. Those repeat clients know that CPI will perform above expectations and deliver a quality product that our company will stand behind for years to come.
