Fighting for Your Future Two Concentrations, One Focus:

Many of our clients never come into the office. We use technology to handle their cases virtually all across Florida.

Our New and Improved Website

We’d Love to Hear From YOU

The entire theme of the new website is to simplify our Dellutri Law Group family members’ (clients’) experiences. After all, we are in the building-relationships business. We know our clients go back to our website for information all the time, so we tried to make it easier for them to find what they are looking for. We’ve been listening to your questions when you call. We’ve been listening in the consultations to what your concerns are. We’ve been listening as your case progresses and making notes when questions arise. We found listening to our clients is the best way to help them — by helping themselves. By making a better experience for our clients, we are also helping others who have similar questions. Our clients wanted to be able to find the information they are looking for more easily. They wanted the information in normal language — not lawyer language. So, we started from the top down. We added easy-to-follow buttons, changed the colors around, and most importantly, we stopped writing like lawyers and started writing like humans. As we moved through the process, it became easier and easier to figure out what we wanted to focus on. 1. We wanted to make the website user-friendly and easy to understand (less boring). 2. Even though it’s a law firm website, we wanted it to be interesting, humorous, and relatable.

feedback (please, be nice). Let me know if we nailed it or if we need to reevaluate the website. Let me know what we are missing! And while you’re at it, can you let me know what you think of these newsletters? We’ve recently updated the look and feel, but we left the content the same (for now). What do you think? What would you like to see more or less of? Should I be more lawyerly or more authentic? Should I save the postage? Please email me your feedback at [email protected]! I can’t wait to hear from you!

3. We didn’t want to be like our competitors who only focus on themselves. (We all know the world needs more lawyer commercials, and like you, I don’t like “holier than thou” lawyers anyway.) 4. We wanted you to get to know us on a more intimate level. We also wanted you to get to know the rest of our team too. After all, we couldn’t do what we do on a daily basis without our support staff. So now I have a favor to ask of you! Would you please take a look around our site at DellutriLawGroup.com and let me know what you think? I would love your

Take Action With These 3 Solutions Money Troubles Keeping You Up at Night?

A new Bankrate survey indicates that 56% of U.S. adults cannot sleep at night due to some kind of financial trouble. The generation with the hardest time paying bills and making ends meet is Generation X, a group that has always had money troubles. Analysts note that adults ages 39–54 are often financially insecure and saddled with credit card debt.

WHAT ARE PEOPLE THINKING ABOUT?

• Credit card debt • Paying monthly bills • Retirement savings (or lack thereof) • Education expenses • Paying mortgage or rent • Stock market insecurity

2. Consider an interest-free balance transfer card. You may be able to shift some debt with heavy interest to an interest-free option, which will help put your mind at ease and make repayment easier. 3. Start saving for retirement. We say this all the time, but it’s true. It’s never too late to begin saving for retirement. Put aside as much money as you can monthly for a retirement plan and do not spend it. Just knowing you have a backup for retirement will ease some financial stress in the present.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO EASE YOUR WORRIES?

It may feel daunting at first, but there are some ways to rest peacefully without counting sheep. Start with these solutions. 1. Create a payment plan. Write down your monthly expenses and start paying back debt with the highest interest rate first. If you create a repayment plan, you’re less likely to worry about how you’ll pay all that debt back.

Testimonial Our Clients Say It Best “Since the very first meeting, they made us feel protected, secure, and positive. Information flows, so you always know what’s happening. Staff is cordial and personal. Carmen Dellutri is very accessible and human. Ronnie was super available and was my lifeline with my lawyer. David Lampley was our lawyer and from the get-go provided us with enough time for questions, and his answers were clear and honest. We are extremely grateful and will continue doing business with Dellutri Law Group for our business needs. Thanks for everything.” –D.P.

know that it is important for the attorney and the plaintiff to stay up to date on service. We know that strong communication from a process server can expedite time within a case. Even if the subject for service is evading or difficult to find, good communication allows the attorney and plaintiffs to make quicker decisions to help find the subject or allow us to locate them for them.” When we send something to Accurate Serve, we immediately receive a friendly response letting us know our job has been received and any important information that needs to go along with that particular job. Once service attempts begin, we receive attempt information, as well as job-completed information. Even when using servers across the state and nationwide, Accurate Serve of Fort Myers keeps us up to date on all efforts and jobs statuses. You can expect great service, great communication, and a friendly atmosphere when working with Brandon and his Accurate Serve of Fort Myers team. That is why our office relies on Accurate Serve of Fort Myers for process serving, and we can highly recommend their services to others. Now, if you see him at your front door, well … call me.

This small-business spotlight is for our fellow law firms! Brandon Muscato, owner of Southwest Florida’s Accurate Serve of Fort Myers, has been our go-to process server for years. Brandon serves legal documents all over the state of Florida and has offices in Fort Myers, LaBelle, Naples, and Port Charlotte.

It’s not just Brandon’s statewide ability that we like though; it’s that he’s always gone above and beyond. For example, he once came to our office Halloween party dressed as the fourth Ninja Turtle, Michelangelo, to entertain our little trick-or-treaters. During the party, Brandon received a tip that someone he was trying to serve showed up at a nearby bar. Brandon excused himself and went to serve the guy in a full Ninja Turtle costume, and he returned for more pictures before anyone even noticed he was gone. We think that is true commitment! Along with this commitment, Brandon and his team do an excellent job of communicating. Brandon says, “When serving process, we

Meet Ashley Baker

Inspired by DinnerAtTheZoo.com

Dellutri Law Group is what it is because of our amazing team. Allow us to introduce you to one of our awesome legal assistants, Ashley Baker. Ashley (formally known here as Ashley Griffith, or “AG”) has been an important part of our family for over 10 years! Her title is legal assistant, but Ashley’s not just an assistant — she knows how to easily maneuver from team leader to team player at a moment’s notice.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp pepper • 1 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning • 1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced

• 2 lbs assorted vegetables, trimmed and halved (asparagus, mushrooms, red onion, red bell peppers, baby carrots, and yellow squash are great on the grill) • 5 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1/4 cup parsley leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Ashley would describe her primary responsibility as “helping clients who are trying to save their homes.” It’s Ashley’s big heart that keeps her focused every day. She said her biggest challenge on the job is trying to balance the personal nature of her work because she really empathizes with each and every client’s story; it is her true motivation. When Ashley is not helping clients, she is bound to be found with her new husband and her gigantic extended family. “I love spending time with my family and friends. I love going to the movies. I love monkeys and birthday cakes. People say I’m a workaholic. And more than anything, I love a good story with a happy ending.”

1. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic. 2. Brush vegetables with olive oil and place in a large bowl. Top with lemon juice and seasoning mixture. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes but no longer than 2 hours. 3. Prepare the grill at medium-high heat. 4. Grill vegetables in batches, cooking 3–5 minutes on each side until browned and tender. (Carrots will cook longer, 6–9 minutes per side.) 5. Remove from the grill, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
