Agreat day out with our Rugby Legends. do life
It was on the evening of Wednesday 21st March 2018 when the concept of a Clay Shooting Day was first discussed. I was sat with James Haskell, who was the principal celebrity guest speaker at our first Dinner in Warwickshire. James mooted the idea to me, and we followed up with various discussions before I was prompted to act, research, and deliver a memorable day to entertain our clients and their guests. When you visit West Wycombe, the events management business within E.J. Churchill, world-renowned shooting provider, it becomes clear why we selected the venue for our first Clay Shoot. Welcome to our Clay Shooting Daywith The Good, The Badand The Rugby.

Our Celebrity Guests For The Day
Welcome to TheGood The Bad&The Rugby.
The Good, The Bad & The Rugby is a weekly podcast starring England legends James Haskell and Mike Tindall, alongside noted broadcaster Alex Payne, that debuted at No. 1 in the Apple charts before releasing its first episode. Featuring some of the biggest names across rugby, as well as the wider sporting and pop-cultural realms, it has attracted a cult following due to its rare ability to draw in the core rugby fan while cutting through and engaging a wider audience too. Such success is due to the show’s
USP: the special connection between Alex (Good), James (Bad) and Mike (Rugby), as well as their guests. These relationships allow the guys to capture the personalities and characters of guests, inside and outside rugby, digging beneath the veneer to unearth real, raw stories. There is no defining an episode, no silly gimmicks; it’s an intoxicating cocktail of humour, sadness, anger. A rollercoaster of emotions slotted into an hour and a half.

What we do:
Today’s nominated benefactor is The Rugby Player’s Association, and we will be holding various activities throughout the day, including an optional raffle and auction with all proceeds being donated towards the RPA Restart Project. The Rugby Players Association is the representative body and collective voice of professional rugby players in England. We represent more than 800 male and female current rugby players, as well as more than 400 former players. It is our mission to support, promote and protect the interests of our members, from the moment they sign their first professional contracts, throughout their playing careers, and beyond as they embark on the next phase of their lives. Our members enjoy a wide range of benefits, including: independent representation; legal advice; personal and professional development; playing insurance; education; confidential counselling; transition support; and much more. Members can also access the support of our official charity, Restart, in the event of serious illness, injury or hardship.
