RENEWABLE ENERGY Sun Water Wind

DEFINITIONS RENEWABLE ENERGY: Energy that is collected from renewable resources which are naturally replenished on human timescale, such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves and geothermal heat. GREEN ENERGY: Energy that can be extracted, generated, and/or consumed without any significantnegative impact to the environment. The planet has natural capability to recover which means thatpollution does not go beyond that capability can be still termed green. source: Wikipedia

CLEAN ENERGY I t is not that difficult to set up a system that produce clean energy. However, the scale of it can be a huge challenge. The difficult part is to make it stable and to make it profitable. Reducing cost is a no-regrets move in an industry facing slow growth, rising cost and heightened competition. ElQuator offers a progressive solution that is easily intergrated into existing architecture. It simplifies the procurement process for energy storage with full planning and deployment and fully managed construction in sustainable ways as follows: Security Delivering the highest level of reliability and availability of electricity to end-uses in all areas/ part of the world (all system run on a storage concept, nonstop - get the power you need when you need it) Environment CO2 free, clean energy from existing resources. NO need for nuclear power or construction of new Hydro dams Economy Cost effective energy. Under this model, there is essentially NO cost to the Government/Grid System Operators and Regulators (installation costs will be borne by the Group Founders/ Stakeholders) Industry Focus on specific market and contract requirements, guaranteeing performance on unique market and operating constraints as well as improving domestic infrastructures

SUSTAINABILITY IS ESSENTIALS S ustainability is more than just energy. Sustainability is also about community, and to adapt to the environment. It's about taking care the environment and taking care of people is a big part of sustainability. We bring jobs and economy of the local community. We use local people to cherish your environment. We believe that we can all deliver roughly the same product. We utilize the sun, wind or water to produce energy. We at ElQuator convinced that we move it further with our proposals for a Sustainable Energy Plant. Our systems are based on technology and knowledge, a knowledge that we in Denmark are leading. All our systems are frequently updated, precisely as our Board of units continuously also updated, in order to perform at their best. A technique that only companies with love and passion for the environment to use. All our systems are back up for each other. In Sustainable Energy Plant alone, it provides no system to the mains but supply to a common inverter, and the inverter supplies a 100% stable power to the mains. We use vertical wind turbines with an air or Redox Flow battery. The vertical wind turbines are part of our Sustainable Energy Plant. The turbines can be set up separately in less populated areas. We provide sizes from 2 kwh to 200 kwh. All vertical wind turbines operated by heat, sun and of course the wind. All wind turbines deliver to the battery pack and from there to the inverter, which supplies a stable 24/7 power capacity.

By running all of the elements together on our special design, we have come up with a very light windmill with the same m 2 wing area as a traditional windmill. We are using the natural elements to spin our shafts to drive our generators and pumps.Wefill upourstorage bymovingshafts. For each windmill there is a special designed storage system. Also employing the laws of physics – compress the Oxygen, make it warm, and thenrelease itthroughaspinningshaft. Compressed O8 (Oxygen) generates a lot of water. Condensing the Oxygen, we recycle it into drinking water and use it for system 4 as a top upon a hotday. This system is more than 45 years old but it has never been adapted for this purpose. We are strongly convinced that this system will be the main key to generate water and energyinthefuture

Hydro dams are widely used and extremely effective and their success is well documented. But in this system we use our own energy to recycle the water, the spinning shafts move the water back to its own reservoir. By using a siphoning principle, power is generated twice in the process. At the same time our hot tank from system numbers 2 and 3 are cooled down in the reservoir. Our hydro system is 100% dependable and relatively small. The system is fitted inside the 21/2 acre landarea

systems – power or energy that can drive any shaft, no matter the size. It is dynamos, so they do not wear themselves out. The running of the hydraulic illsystem.

FIVE MAIN ELEMENTS I n this system, we use existing technology to produce new outcomes. We have five (5) independent systems that work separately and supporting each other; therefore, no system is running on maximum capacity. In the event of any failure, the other systems will automatically increase their power production. The whole system operates as an intergrated unit, not as separated components. All our systems are set a one task-go run-off a spinning shaft. A central spinning shaft drives a dynamo which generates electricity. For the record, this technology is already on the market as we continue research and development. We combine water, heat and sun and make it all stored energy. We then release the storage, and send it through a spinning shaft. We deliver electricity 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We have changed the structure of a windmill to the same M2 area per windmill as a big horizontal windmill and made a vertical windmill, then have broken down the dynamo into smaller subsections and having engineered the shaft to drive a pump to our main storage system.

THE STORAGE SYSTEM T his storage system acts like a ‘huge battery’ and can be released ‘on demand’ when the need for more electricity is there. Or it can be simply supply constant energy into the grid. We can deliver up to 3.0MW per hour per line. Each system contains 16 lines including backup units. On a 24-hour basis, we deliver 1.4GW per day per system. More than one system can be established per area if required. We only require 2 1/2 acres per plant. All systems run on a combination of wind, heat, sun and water. Each windmill will run 24 hours a day, even with no wind present, we can use heat to generate a moving shaft. The sun will heat up a design holster, store the heat/air, then release it when its gets to a certain temperature. The storage system will always have a backed up facility - so even on rainy days, with no heat and no wind, we can still deliver a constant reliable flow of electricity. We have storage capacity of 30 hours in case of a 100% breakdown. Our Sustainable Energy Plant are staffed 24/7 all year around. we can never run out of a constant flow of electricity. It is impossible.

FOCUS ON MONEY IN A TWO-WAY STREET M any countries have already adopted a system where all expenses are passed on to the private entrepreneurs while the Power & Utility Company only pays for each Kilowatt (KW) that they are offering. Our goal is to be protected by this system. We are aware that we must deliver electricity based on consumer terms at lower prices per KW than offered by the Power & Utility Company. A dialog must be held between the Power & Utility Company and the Board of Directors of ElQuator to find consensus and to establish a long term contract that benefitted both parties. We can focus on certain areas and be helpful in the future strategic planning of specific areas. Mainland and surrounding areas need more capacity to maintain the consistency of power supply. We can set up a Sustainable Energy Plant of a certain size or 2 1/2 acres to support the capacity. The Sustainable Energy Plant can also produce the capacity to equal the power purchased from power plants from neighbouring countries. We do not supply the grid, we simply in-couple to a transformer station. Also, many islands around the World need more capacity. We can assemble a Sustainable Energy Plant that cover the capacity plus an additional 20% for the future. The Government will save money for a new underwater cable and can deliver the electricity before thedeadline. It’s a win-win situation. Normally when a company produces and delivers electricity, a margin of 15 to 20% is to wish for. Here, it is the other way around. We wish to have our budgetbalance at 15-20% and to pay out the rest to the investors. Our raw material is 100% free. We draw water (or moisture) from the air, change it into drinking water. We use the sun, wind and heat to produce electricity. It’s all FREE! So it is more than realistic that the budget should be balanced at 15-20% of the TOTAL income.
