EVO OMEGA GROUP LAUNCH EVENT 9.00-10.30am Tuesday 13 July

Welcome to EVO Business Club. Please take a moment today to review this Event Factsheet beforehand. EVO was founded in 2015. EVO Omega is our 1st UK-Wide group which meets every 2 weeks from 9am— 10.30am on a Tuesday, starting in September 2021. This is followed next month by EVO Bravo . This special Launch Event is an opportunity for you to meet around 50 other business people, connect and network, mastermind a business question and hear from a leader of leaders: the 4-star General - Sir Peter Wall. The group leader is Andrew Knight and you’ll hear from the Founder, Jamie Breese and other team members too. Sir Peter Wall is the co-founder of Amicus, a specialist leadership consultancy. He was the Commander in Chief of UK Land Forces and subsequently, Chief of the General Staff (Head of the British Army), retiring in 2014. He has an engineering degree from the University of Cambridge and has extensive experience in dealing with British and foreign governments at the highest levels, as well as a proven track record in the strategic leadership of large and complex organisations. He is a recognised speaker on geopolitics and leadership techniques in business. Peter is a director of the General Dynamics Corporation and president of Combat Stress, the UKmilitary mental health charity. He is an avid follower of sport, sails, skis and plays the occasional game of village cricket. Peter is the group leader of EVO Ultra’s Mercury Group.

Jamie Breese

Jamie is the founder of EVO and EVO Ultra. He has been running business events for 13 years: stadium expos, online and in-person EVO events in premium venues and dozens of upper-tier networking balls for 500+ decision- makers at Only Connect. Jamie has engaged speakers from Baroness Brady to the Secretary of State for International Trade, from Rob Law MBE to Labour peer Baroness Primarolo. He has officially partnered with and welcomed speakers from firms like Facebook and Google and co-promoted and compered ‘Boris Means Business’ with the Prime Minister. The Business Showcase South West is the largest business event in the SW of England and has been held 10 times to date at stadium venues. Alongside this, he has developed a contacts book as an event host, columnist at the Sunday Mirror for 20 years and a presenter of more than 500 network TV shows in the UK and US. He won a 2 year ‘first look’ deal with Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett as a writer and director and has made a dozen films and videos to date. Currently, he co hosts/co produces the weekly LinkedIn accredited show The Biz Live and continues to work for charities, having helped raise over £1m as an auctioneer, compere, or organiser.
