EVO Networking was founded in 2015. EVO Sierra had its first meeting in February 2020 and has been a success meeting weekly since the lockdown and welcoming guests from across all sectors.

James Short CB OBE James is a former British Army 2-star general and NATO Commander. He helped broker the peace in the Macedonian War and sailed the world on a yacht. He was a strategic analyst in the Cabinet O ffi ce and has run multi-million- pound budgets within the MOD. He successfully built a business and is a leadership expert. He now leads the EVO Sierra group and is a director at the High Growth Knowledge Company.
