Welcome to EVO Sierra and our 2nd Open Day. Please take a moment today to review this Event Factsheet beforehand. EVO Networking was founded in 2015. EVO Sierra launched in January 2020 and has been a true success. The group now meets every 2 weeks from 8am—9.30am on a Wednesday. Group Leader & Speaker Graham is a highly experienced business leader. Most recently, he was the MD of Clarks UK & Europe. He currently works with Numatic International - the makers of Henry.

James Short CB OBE James is a former British Army 2-star general and NATO Commander. He helped broker the peace in the Macedonian War and sailed the world on a yacht. He was a strategic analyst in the Cabinet O ffi ce and has run multi-million- pound budgets within the MOD. He successfully built a business and is a leadership expert. He now leads the EVO Sierra group and is a director at the High Growth Knowledge Company.

Graham’s previous roles included senior positions at leading brands including Habitat and Screwfix. He was also the Head of Merchandising for for Debenhams Womenswear and a Director of Tescos.

Jamie Breese

Jamie is the founder of EVO and EVO Ultra. He has been running business events for 13 years: stadium expos, online and in-person EVO events in premium venues and dozens of upper-tier networking balls for 500+ decision- makers at Only Connect. Jamie has engaged speakers from Baroness Brady to the Secretary of State for International Trade, from Rob Law MBE to Labour peer Baroness Primarolo. He has officially partnered with and welcomed speakers from firms like Facebook and Google and co-promoted and compered ‘Boris Means Business’ with the Prime Minister. The Business Showcase South West is the largest business event in the SW of England and has been held 10 times to date at stadium venues. Alongside this, he has developed a contacts book as an event host, columnist at the Sunday Mirror for 20 years and a presenter of more than 500 network TV shows in the UK and US. He won a 2 year ‘first look’ deal with Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett as a writer and director and has made a dozen films and videos to date. Currently, he co hosts/co produces the weekly LinkedIn accredited show The Biz Live and continues to work for charities, having helped raise over £1m as an auctioneer, compere, or organiser.
