Beyond interior fitting out, we produce and export a full range of FF&E to over 19 countries in Eastern Europe, USA and Asia Pacific.

Since our inception in 2002, Falcon has established four sophisticated Factories in Vietnam, Singapore and Sri Lanka and a steadfast 2,000 – strong workforce bolstering the production from the factories.

Our Leadership

Mr Low Heng Huat Group Chairman

Mr Low, co-founder of Falcon, graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, and has been an accredited architect since 1994. His architecture background facilitated the in-house design and construction of Falcon’s factory buildings and facilities. With his Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and over 35 years of multifaceted experience, Mr Low co- builds the company known for its exemplary work in interior fit-out and high quality furniture with investments in state-of-the-art CNC machines and technology to remain at the forefront of the industry.

Ms Iris Lim Group CEO

Iris is a seasoned business leader with more than 35 years of experience spanning a variety of roles in interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing. A polymath equipped with a degree in Building from Curtin University of Australia, diplomas in Quantity Surveying and Interior & Furniture Design, and multiple certifications, Iris helps steer the company she co-owns to greater heights with her strong business acumen by embracing challenges as opportunities and overseeing the full suite of products and services offered by Falcon.

We put together a separate project team who are individually attuned to your construction project and who define and control all processes centrally. As your direct point of contact, this team guarantees that the projects standards, budgets and deadlines are met in accordance with the strict stipulations or our integrated quality management system through ongoing checks. We provide experience procurement specialist to help plan the project and highly qualified CAD design engineers for the technical interception of your wishes. Various corporate division such as R&D or our central procurement department also provide assistance if and when this is needed. Our site managers are always present and coordinate the work – making sure that everything goes smoothly .

Green Initiative

The constant reduction of CO2, emissions, low-emission production steps, waste and energy-oriented optimisation in our product units have long been an avowed goal with our Integrated Management System. A cross-company life cycle assessment controlling system had been an integral part of this since 2005.

We are actively involved in the propagation of the principles of sustainable building and in the further development of relevant standards.

WE LOVE NATURE

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS

We comply with the US Lacey Act by sourcing our raw materials and timber from suppliers who are Green sustainable or FSC certified. We ensure raw materials including glue, lacquer and MDF/plywood meet the European Formaldehyde Regulation Class E1 standards.

CLEAN WORK SPACE

Our main factory is installed with centralized saw dust collection system as we strive to maintain a clean work environment for our workers. Our factories are designed with skylight ceiling roofs to allow maximum natural light into the work environment reducing electricity consumption.

REDUCE, REUSE & RECYCLE

In our factories, we implemented a process of gathering and burning wood wastes for energy.

Steam produced from the burning is channelled into the kilns for drying our wood materials as well as finished products.

LEED COMPLIANCE At Falcon, we have many years of experience in the fields of hotel as well as office and administrative buildings with projects involving the commonly used certification systems of LEED. It is no coincidence that therefore Falcon was responsible for the complete finishing in numerous Green projects in Singapore. Our Green Building team accompanies projects throughout the entire construction phase. The processes during production and on the construction site are hereby optimised with a view to sustainability; suppliers and manufacturers are systemically integrated in the improvement of the Green Building process and the documents and records needed for certification obtained.
