The following are the fitness guidelines for Phase - II, effective June 15th. As we transition into Phase - III, at a time still unknown, it is expected that some of the guidelines may be modified.
• Members and guests allowed. • All guest rules and frequency limitations apply. • Monday- Friday 6 AM – 6 PM • Saturday and Sunday 7 AM – 3 PM
• Members , guests and staff must wear face coverings while in the Fitness Center. Members and guests may remove their face mask once active on a piece of equipment or in a high energy activity. Masks must be worn at all other times. • All members and guests must register with staff upon arrival. You will asked to provide first and last name, as well as your individual member number. • Every member will receive a briefing on expectations/requirements relative to limiting the transmission of COVID-19 in a fitness/exercise environment. • Exercise equipment will be spaced and rotated in use to maintain a distance of at least six feet between members. A green tag indicates the piece of equipment is available for use; a red tag indicates that the piece of equipment is currently not available for use. • There will be no group exercise or yoga classes during Phase-II • Massage treatment is not allowed during Phase-II • One-on-one personal training is available with the assurance of proper physical distancing. • Members and guests should bring their own mask, ear buds, water bottle, and towel. Towels will not be provided during Phase-II. • Look for equipment with a green tag—this equipment has been cleaned and is ready for use. Equipment with a red tag is unavailable until a staff member cleans it and places the green tag on it (physical distancing may delay the return of a piece of equipment until safe to do so). • Please clean equipment before and after each use. Sanitation and disinfection equipment/stations will be provided. • For heavy contact equipment (kettlebells, medicine balls, etc.) a designated cleaning station will be clearly marked--- please place equipment there for staff to thoroughly clean before they return it to its place. • Recreational walking on the Service Road path will continue.
