How do I get started?

1. Head to our website www.grafcow.com & request a proof under the “get started” tab 2. share a few details with us 3. select a Graphic Cow Original design or provide your own design - When you select a Graphic Cow design, you can still customize the text, font, and ink colors 4. Select Your Apparel - The apparel featured on our website is our staff go to’s and favorites. We do offer thousands of other styles! If you have something in mind but don’t see it on our website, please drop it in the notes section. 5. Notes section - For any questions or comments regarding designs or apparel, please drop them in the notes section. 6. What kind of information / files do I need to get started?

Our team needs to know the following details: quantity, in-hands date, and apparel style/color. We are happy to provide any guidance needed. For uploaded files: any custom artwork should be provided as vector files. We prefer .eps and .ai files!

What kind of apparel do you have available? Do you offer other things besides t-shirts?

The apparel featured on our website is our staff go to’s and favorites. We do offer thousands of other styles. If you have something in mind, reach out to our account managers

Is there a minimum order and why?

Yes, we require a minimum quantity of 36 pieces for apparel. We are traditional screenprinters, which means that we manually set up a screen and printing press for every job. We put love and care into every project we do, and we want to make sure we’re allocating our resources properly.

When is artwork free vs. not free?

We offer both options! - We have over 10K Graphic Cow Original designs that are free for you to use. - If you have your own logo and vector file available, we’re also happy to use it for free. If you require us to redraw your logo or design, a fee may be applied. - If you have your own idea and need us to draw it from scratch, costs depend on the complexity of the project.

When can i expect to get my order?

We like to estimate 5-7 business days from the time you submit your final approval.

Are rush options available?

We understand, sometimes we leave things until the last minute! Rush options are available depending on our production capacity. Check with your Account Manager and be aware a rush fee may apply.

Can I order shirts in different colors / sizes?

Yes! We can print on different sizes as long as the total amount hits our 36 minimum. For color - we require at least 12 pieces of each color and only if the same color ink can be used on all apparel colors.

Can I order youth and adult shirts together?

This one is a little tricky, and we may be able to run them together depending on the size of the design going on the shirt and the smallest size

of the shirt. If the smallest size is too small to host the design chosen, we may have to split the order into two different orders since we’ll need to create two seperate screens.

When can i expect to get my order? at is the difference between stock ink colors and PMS Matching? How do ink colors react with the fabric?

- We have 60 ink colors in stock - we prefer this method and can provide the best options for your design! - We can do PMS matches for an increased fee, however we want to emphasize that the PMS may not match exactly once it’s on the shirt. All colors are subject to react against the fabric and color of the shirt. This may affect the final product.

What is the reason for shipping delays?

We love our shipping partners, however once the product leaves our facility, we unfortunately don’t have control over the delivery. We’ll provide a tracking number that can be used to contact the shipping carrier.

What’s the best way to reach you?

In this day and age, we understand some people prefer a completely online experience and some still enjoy a personal one. We offer both options!
