ARR I VAL Guests should arrive via the Main Gate or Main Entrance Pavi l ion for the Grandstand Enclosure when gates open at am. It is a busy event and bag searches wi l l be in operation so please al low extra time for arrival . For directions to the Racecourse and more information on parking/travel options, please visit our website. LOCATION AA signs wi l l mark al l major approach routes. If you are using satel l ite navigation, please key in the postcode: KT LQ. PARK I NG If you have pre-purchased parking, your enclosed car park pass wi l l detai l your car park location. Parking can be purchased in advance unti l Wednesday th May. Otherwise, please fol low signs to the Blue car parks. DRESS CODE Guests should fol low the Grandstand Dress code on both days. Guests are encouraged to dress smartly. Ladies often wear a fascinator or hat but it is not a requirement . Gentlemen often wear a smart jacket but it is not a requirement . Chi ldren should be dressed smartly. Detai ls can also be found on the reverse of your swing badge. FOOD AND DR I NK There wi l l be a variety of bars and food outlets. Information regarding the options avai lable wi l l be detai led on our website. ENTERTA I NMENT Soak up the carnival atmosphere with l ive entertainment and music throughout the day.
