Thanksgiving Preparation Instructions
Reheating Instructions:
Remove all components from refrigeration. Preheat oven to 350F. Place Sliced Herb Roasted Hudson Valley Turkey Breast, Challah Bread Stuffing, Whipped Mashed Potatoes and Garces's Green Bean Casserole in oven, lid on, for 15 minutes. While items are warming in oven, pour Turkey Gravy into a small sauce pot and warm on low, stirring occasionally, until heated through. After 15 minutes, rotate items in oven and continue to reheat for 15 minutes more. Remove all items from oven and check to ensure they are heated through. Reheating times may vary depending on your oven and amount of servings ordered.
To Finish The Dishes:
Butter Lettuce Salad: Place in a large bowl and toss with Maple Vinaigrette. Plate and sprinkle with Candied Walnuts. Rosemary Parker House Rolls: Remove lid and microwave for 20 seconds, or until warm. Serve with Crème Fraîche Butter. Herb Roasted Hudson Valley Turkey Breast: Serve with warmed Turkey
Gravy and Cranberry-Orange Relish. Challah Bread Stuffing: Serve as is. Garces's Green Bean Casserole: Sprinkle with Crispy Onions and serve. Choice of Pies (Caramel Apple or Pumpkin): Serve with Cinnamon Whipped Cream & Enjoy!
