Before you submit your sitemap, you need to verify your domain with Google Search Console to confirm that you're the owner of your Shopify store.
To verify your domain, you need to disable password protection for your online store.
Step 1:
On your Shopify admin, click Online Store on the left side panel.

Before you submit your sitemap, you need to verify your domain with Google Search Console to confirm that you're the owner of your Shopify store.
To verify your domain, you need to disable password protection for your online store.

In order to submit a Site map to Google, you need to have a Google Search Console account.
In order to do this go to https://search.google.com/search-console/welcome
If you already have one, just go ahead and sign in to your account,

After you click Continue, you will see different methods for verifying your site, for this guide we will use HTML tag method.

Back on your Shopify admin, you need to paste the meta tag into the theme's code. By doing that, click Online Store.

If successful, you will see a pop-up stating the ownership has been verified. Then, click go to property to see an overview of your google search console dashboard.

It's important to remember not to remove the meta tag or delete the theme you have pasted it in; to never lose sight of your verification. When site verification is complete you can either Enable Password protection on your site again or you can submit your sitemap now by clicking 'Save'.

Go to https://www.bing.com/webmasters/about To submit a sitemap to Bing, log in to Bing Webmaster Tools by clicking Sign in at the top left corner of the page.

After you click sign in, the page will take you directly to the Bing Webmaster Tools main page, type your website URL into the Add your site manually field.

To complete the addition of a new site to your account, you need to verify that you own the site by proving ownership. There are three ownership verification methods. Click the option best suited for your site and follow the on-screen instructions:

If you choose XML file:
All you need is to login to your DNS account when prompted and CNAME will be automatically added to the DNS account.
Upon successful sign-in on the DNS provider site, the website will get verified in Bing Webmaster Tools within few seconds.
In certain cases, it may take longer for DNS provider to send the site ownership signal to Bing Webmaster Tools service.

If you choose HTML Meta Tag:
Copy the displayed tag with your custom ownership verification code to the clipboard.
Then open your registered site’s default page in your web development environment editor and paste the code at the end of the section. Make sure the section is followed by a tag.
Lastly, upload the revised default page file containing the new tag to your site.

If you choose Add CNAME record to DNS:
This option requires access to your domain hosting account. Inside that account you would edit the CNAME record to hold the verification code (series of numbers and letters) we have provided you.
When complete, we can see this information and verify your ownership of the site.
Note: In case the site is not supported for Domain Connect protocol, you will see the default three options (viz XML file authentication, Meta tag authentication or Add a CNAME record to DNS) for verification.
