To place an order for Halloween products please follow these five steps:

If you have an account set up with us, your sales contact will send you a personalised order form via email. Your order form will include prices and highlight any Halloween products you purchased from us last year (if applicable). For convenience, we’ve merged our Christmas and Halloween ranges onto one order form and added a summary of your order by delivery slot and category.

PLACE YOUR ORDER

To place your order, simply select the quantities of the products you’d like in the relevant delivery slots. Deliveries marked in red will require a top-up order of standard goods from the corresponding range at the time of shipping.

Once you’ve completed your order, save it to your computer as a spreadsheet, email the completed order form to your Customer Service Export Advisor and we’ll take care of the rest.

For your convenience we’ve merged our Christmas and Halloween ranges into one order form. If you have an account set up with us, your sales contact will send you a personalised order form via email. Your order formwill include prices and highlight any Christmas and Halloween products you purchased from us last year (if applicable). All orders for Christmas and Halloween products must be placed in advance. You will be asked to select the release dates for despatch of your Christmas and Halloween orders when you fill out your order form. All goods should be taken within two weeks of your chosen release date. Please use the product code when placing your order. We’ve added a quick summary of your order by delivery slot and category for your convenience. Please ensure that your total order is submitted and confirmed before Wednesday 17th June 2020. Late or additional orders will NOT be processed if submitted after this date. We reserve the right to request a deposit upon ordering. Such deposits should be received into our bank account as cleared funds by Wednesday 17th June 2020. Deposits not received by this date will NOT be processed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order meet the import requirements for your country. Please ensure that products meet import requirements before ordering. Orders cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to request a deposit on receipt of your order. Orders are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions (available on request).

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES (MOQ) Everyday (product codes begin with 10): 200 mixed cases Nearer to your chosen release date, you may top up your Everyday order with standard Everyday products in order to meet the minimum order quantity of 200 mixed cases. Talk to your Account Manager or Customer Service Export Advisor to discuss. Speciality (product codes begin with 4): £400 GBP Nearer to your chosen release date, you may top up your Speciality order with standard Speciality products in order to meet the minimum order quantity of £400. Talk to your Account Manager or Customer Service Export Advisor to discuss. Health (product codes begin with A): £400 GBP Nearer to your chosen release date, you may top up your Health order with standard Health products in order to meet the minimum order quantity of £400. Talk to your Account Manager or Customer Service Export Advisor to discuss. Chilled Cakes (product codes begin with 3): 30 mixed cases Nearer to your chosen release date, you may top up your Chilled order with standard Chilled products in order to meet the minimum order quantity of 30 mixed cases. Talk to your Account Manager or Customer Service Export Advisor to discuss.
