Please contact Naomi should you decide to exhibit. You will then be invited to view an exhibitor pack which will include your booking form and applications for further promotional opportunities such as seminars, workshops, adverts etc. It is at this time we shall also arrange for payment. Please note due to the work and cost involved, there will be a small charge for exhibitors wishing to order furniture for this event.

The Practicalities Each stand space comes with electricity (1-2 Plug Sockets) and there will be free WiFi throughout the Stadium. There is an option to hire furniture in our booking form. The back of your stand will not be visible as it will be either against a wall or back-to-back with another exhibition stand. Your stand should be free-standing as fixing to the walls is prohibited. 3m x 2m – Single Stand i.e. 3m (for delegates to walk past) x 2m (to stand within) 6m x 2m – Double Stand i.e. 6m (for delegates to walk past) x 2m (to stand within) This is your unique exhibition space. You may chose to implement exciting and wonderful methods to engage delegates with your business and stand out from the crowd. If you are stuck for ideas then just drop us an email and we’ll put our thinking caps on to make some helpful suggestions.

Remember, whatever you chose to do in your stand space, the end goal should encourage high quality interaction with delegates.

1-Hour Workshop Workshops take place in the West Stand inside our main stage, The SLX Theatre, which can seat over 200 delegates. This is a huge opportunity to put your business centre stage and in the spotlight! All technology and presentation support is provided by SLX and included in the Workshop price. You will have plenty of time to deliver in-depth content to our delegates, excite and engage potential new clients and generate massive exposure for your business. Workshops will be heavily promoted before and at the event. They will be free for delegates to attend but ticketed to encourage attendance. Workshops are by application only as we want to create an event which offers an even spread of subject matter and engages a varied audience. If you wish to apply to deliver one of our three Showcase Workshops, please fill out the relevant section in our booking form. Please note that once your application has been submitted and accepted, you will be invoiced and expected to deliver the agreed Workshop on October 5th. £850 EX VAT

20-Minute Seminar

Seminars take place in the Dolman Hall inside our Seminar Zone which can seat up to 45. The best seminars are those which excite and engage an audience with your business but also leaves plenty left unsaid. This encourages delegates to make a follow-up visit to your exhibition stand. Seminars will be heavily promoted before and at the event. They will be free for delegates to attend but ticketed to encourage attendance. Included in this price is your seminar zone manager, technology support/AV Engineer, use of broadcast standard screen, ‘silent disco’ headphone technology, microphones and presentation laptop & pointer. Seminars are by application only as we want to create a Showcase which offers an even spread of subject matter and engages a varied audience. If you wish to apply to deliver one of our ten Showcase Seminars, please fill out the relevant section in our booking form. Please note that once your application has been submitted and accepted you will be invoiced and expected to deliver the agreed Seminar on October 5th.

Adverts Adverts will appear in our printed brochure which is given out to every delegate who attends the Showcase on October 5th. (Brochures given out at registration on arrival as well as and on our Shuttle Buses). This brochure is seen as the ‘go-to’ resource for delegates at the event. It’s a great way to gain extra exposure.

Flyer Rights If you would like to leave your stand and distribute leaflets/ booklets to delegates around the stadium then you will need to purchase flyer rights. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain even greater exposure at the event and drive more delegates to your stand for a nominal extra investment. £175 EX VAT

Business Showcase South West

Business Showcase South West has been a running success for 3 years now. Past events have hosted popular Keynote Speakers such as Karen Brady and Levi Roots, and for our most recent May Showcase, we hosted Wing Commander Andy Green, OBE With a variety of attractions, we welcome a range of businesses from across the region: from big name sponsors to SMEs, we do a lot of marketing and attract in the region of 1,500- 3,000 delegates. October 5th 2016 Business Showcase South West: Ashton Gate Stadium The event returns October 5th with different speakers, attractions and additional exhibitors to build on the success of May’s Showcase. With increased marketing we aim to attract even more delegates and businesses from across the region.
