All team members have access to flexible working arrangements, allowing them to work alternative hours, or remotely on a needs or regular basis. Flexible Work Every day, team members get the chance to connect, keep active and ‘bust’ stress in the form of Ping Pong matches (and tournaments) and 10-15 min group workouts, typically involving either the upper body or pilates. Around the Office The team also recognises, celebrates and supports various charities and initiatives throughout the year, such as International Women’s and Men’s Day, RUOK Day, White Ribbon Day, and Breast and prostate cancer research.
