Our Response to COVID-19

As we navigate the ever-changing work environment caused by COVID-19, a number of additional initiatives have been implemented for the team’s benefit. While initially centering around delivering high-intensity team support, the pandemic’s continued impact has diverted focus towards maintaining strong emotional and physical wellbeing - particularity while working remotely. As such, all team members are encouraged to: • Use links to meditation and mindfulness apps made available to them • Make use of ‘walking meetings’ (when the content of the meeting enables) Additionally, as we understand some individuals prefer to exercise during the day, team members may schedule 45 minutes of exercise time into their day, provided: • The time does not clash with prior work commitments • The time is made up by either starting work earlier, or finishing later

Infoview is delighted to support our staff with these initiatives. However, with these benefits comes an expectation that every team member continues to deliver the same professional, respectful and client- focused service that Infoview is known for.
