Home: A home isn’t just a property; as an action, it means to move with singular focus toward a goal, and we never lose sight of our clients’ goals. At IHP, we harness our collective expertise to anticipate, refine, and meet the needs of our clients. AMY GILBRIDE

Amy Gilbride combines an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping others as she guides buyers and sellers to success throughout the Boulder area. Whether she’s working with first-time home buyers or veterans of the luxury market, her sharp negotiating skills, mastery of timing and marketing, and strategic planning seamlessly unite to give her an impressive track record. Her long list of repeat and referral clients is a testament to her energy and expertise. With a background as a start-up strategist, Amy embodies resourcefulness. She applies her small-business ethos of creativity, drive, and focus to every transaction. Additionally, as a working mom, Amy is acutely aware of family needs. From inquiries to closings, she works to make the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible. A graduate of CU, Amy has lived in Boulder since 2004. She and her husband reside in the Boulder Country Club area with their two young children. Amy enjoys mountain biking, hiking, practicing yoga with her IHP colleague Brenda, traveling, and spending time with her family.

BRENDA EISENGA

Brenda Eisenga brings bi-coastal tenacity and high-energy warmth to the Boulder market. She worked for over two decades in New York City, and with a background in the fashion industry, she applies a ast-paced, but personal, approach to real estate negotiation. Her half a decade of experience in the Boulder area has garnered her numerous industry awards and individual thank yous from her diverse and urbane clientele, including drawings from the children of happy homeowners. Brenda works exceptionally well with first-time buyers and sellers as well as seasoned clients. A natural negotiator with extensive knowledge of local residential properties, she believes that the hallmark of an effective agent is not just the ability to guide, but to listen. From helping clients buy a home virtually to closing the deal on a 15-room inn, Brenda advocates with a zealous joy that keeps people coming back to her for years.

She lives in Niwot with her husband Andreas and Maggie, the husky/shepherd mix they adopted in 2019 from the Boulder Humane Society.

EVA MARIE

Eva Marie is an astute real estate expert with a laser-sharp understanding of the local market and an outstanding track record of success. Throughout her career, she’s demonstrated an unflappable grace under pressure and an innate talent for exceeding expectations for everyone from first-time buyers to high net worth individuals in the ultra-luxury market. Originally from Los Angeles and London, Eva is a longtime Coloradan who resides in the Pine Brook Hills neighborhood, located in the foothills of Boulder.
