5. INUKA BUSINESS EARNINGS AND BENEFITS

THE INUKA BUSINESS OFFERS 6 WAYS TO EARN AND BENEFIT: 5.1. Immediate Retail Profit 5.2. Once-Off Fast Progress Leadership Cash Rebates 5.3. Monthly Cash Volume Rebates 5.4. Quarterly Maintenance Rebates 5.5. Annual and Quarterly Cash Rebates & Awards 5.6. Earn a Polo Vivo Comfortline (1.4 L) AND/OR Mercedes-Benz A200 Sedan

5.1. Immediate Retail Profit Members buy products at Wholesale Prices from INUKA and sell to their customers at Recommended Retail Prices. The difference between your purchase price (Wholesale Price) and your selling price (Retail Price) is your Retail Profit. INUKA recommends that Members sell at suggested Retail Prices, but you are welcome to independently determine your own selling prices. INUKA suggests a 50% Retail Profit. Based on the 50% Recommended Retail Profit, a R120 Wholesale Product will retail for R180, implying a R60 profit. 5.2. Once-Off Fast Progress Leadership Cash Rebates Once-Off Fast Progress Leadership Cash Rebates are given to Members who achieve Pearl Leadership Status and beyond, within a certain period of time. Once-off cash rebates range between R1,000 to R200,000. Members who achieve Diamond Statuses are paid the Once-off cash rebates regardless of the time since joining. Once you have reached an INUKA status or leadership level, you will NEVER BE DEMOTED. 5.3. Monthly Cash Volume Rebates Qualifying Senior and beyond Members receive monthly cash Volume Rebates. INUKA pays monthly Volume Rebates up to 16% on Personal PV and Group PV, depending on your monthly productivity. Monthly Volume Rebates are based on monthly sales and recruiting efforts by leaders and their downlines (4 levels deep). 5.4. Quarterly Maintenance Rebates In addition to monthly cash Volume Rebate pay-outs, INUKA rewards leaders who maintain Emerald Status and beyond for all 3 months in an INUKA quarter (Jan - Mar, Apr - Jun, Jul - Sept & Oct - Dec). Quarterly Maintenance Rebates are based on your Group PV (4 levels deep) and your personal recruiting efforts. Quarterly Maintenance Rebates range between R3,000 to R600,000. 5.5. Annual and Quarterly Cash Rebates & Awards To salute hard working business leaders, INUKA gives cash rebates to Members who achieve set challenges as well as to top performing leaders and newcomers. Annual performance bonuses (also referred to as the Rainbow Challenge) reward qualifying Personal Sales, Group Sales, Recruiting and Promoting. Rainbow Performance Rebates are guaranteed unlimited cash rewards to qualifying Leaders.

5.6. Earn a Polo Vivo Comfortline 1.4L and/or Mercedes Benz A200 Car Reward Program - Start: 7 September 2020 – End: 6 April 2022 All cars earned at INUKA are registered in your name and will become your personal property.

POLO VIVO COMFORTLINE 1.4L HATCH

Earn your Polo Vivo Comfortline 1.4L Hatch by promoting 2 personally introduced Members who had a New Member status on 7 September 2020 to each earn a Sapphire or Beyond Quarterly Maintenance Rebate by 6 April 2022.

Terms and Conditions: • The Polo Vivo Comfortline Achiever must at least earn a Quarterly Maintenance Rebate in any quarter over January 2021 – March 2022.

• On qualifying for your Polo Vivo Comfortline your 2 Sapphire Leaders will each receive R15,000 cash. • The qualifying Member needs to be in possession of a valid Drivers License upon qualifying for the vehicle.

MERCEDES-BENZ A200 SEDAN

Earn your Mercedes-Benz A200 Sedan by promoting 2 personally introduced Members who had a New Member status on 7 September 2020 to maintain Diamond Status for any 2 months by 6 April 2022. Terms and Conditions: • The Mercedes Benz A200 Sedan Achiever must at least earn Quarterly Maintenance Rebates in any 3 quarters over January 2021 - March 2022.

• On qualifying for your Mercedes Benz A200 Sedan your 2 Diamond Leaders will each receive R40,000 cash • The qualifying Member needs to be in possession of a valid Drivers License upon qualifying for the vehicle.

Vehicles will be presented at a prize giving ceremony within the borders of South Africa at times and places as determined by INUKA in conjunction with the achieving Member. Any additional cost associated with the delivery of the vehicles across the borders of South Africa will be the sole responsibility of the Member. DREAM IT, EARN IT, OWN IT!

6. FAST PROGRESS LEADERSHIP CASH REBATES

This section contains: 6.1. Minimum requirements in an INUKA Month to reach Junior and Senior Status. 6.2. Minimum requirements in an INUKA Month to reach Leadership Statuses (Pearl and beyond) and to earn the Once-Off Fast Start Leadership Cash Rebates.

6.2. Minimum requirements to reach Pearl and Beyond Leadership Status and to earn Once-Off Fast Progress Cash Rebates. Once-Off Fast Progress cash rebates are given to Members who reach Pearl to Sapphire Leadership status within a certain time frame. Members who achieve Diamond status and beyond are paid the once-off cash rebates irrespective of the period since joining. Fast Progress leadership cash rebates require a certain minimum Group PV (of which at least 20 PV must be Personal PV) and certain minimum activity and/or performance from your personally introduced Members. 6.2.1. The month you join is considered Month 0. 6.2.2. Please refer to section 7.2.2 for an explanation of the start and ending dates of an INUKA Month. 6.2.3. Sales values of PV’s are not carried forward from one month to the next INUKA Month. However, all monthly sales and performances contribute towards Quarterly and Annual Recognition and Awards. 6.2.4. You will never be demoted once you have reached an INUKA Status. Once a Member always a Member. 6.2.5. Should Members advance to more than one Leadership Level in a month they will receive all the relative Once-Off Fast Progress Cash Rebates upon meeting all the minimum requirements. 6.2.6. Cash amounts earned for Once-Off Fast Progress Rebates are paid out with Volume Rebates on the 20th of every month. 6.2.7. Members will receive the respective status when the required Group PV was reached in an INUKA Month. It is important to understand the INUKA Sales Month. The date on which we have both your legible order and full payment reflecting in the INUKA Bank Account for the order, will be the Sales Month in which this order and PV will count for you. 8

7. VOLUME REBATE EARNINGS

The INUKA Compensation Plan rewards Members for selling products and for introducing and training Members in your downline to do the same. Monthly Cash Volume Rebates up to 16% are paid on your Personal PV and Group PV (4 levels deep). 7.1. Minimum requirements to earn Cash Volume Rebates: Members must reach Senior Status or beyond to qualify for monthly Volume Rebates. Cash Volume Rebate percentage pay-outs. The table below shows the required Group PV to reach an INUKA Status as well as the percentage pay-out on your Personal PV and percentage pay-outs on your personally introduced Members’ Group PV’s depending on their status. Refer to table below and section 7.2.1. 20 7.2.1. Once you achieve a specific status you will always be paid out the percentages of your status, unless you do not have the required minimum activity and/or minimum performance from your personally introduced Members, in which case you will be paid out on Senior Status percentages on your New, Junior and Senior Members only. 7.2.3. Volume Rebates are paid monthly on the 20th. INUKA has never missed a Volume Rebate pay-out. 7.3. All INUKA Members are equally rewarded. y Volume Rebates RSA Members: Calculated on sales value excluding VAT. y Volume Rebates Non-RSA Members: Calculated on sales value excluding VAT, Custom Duties, transport & export subsidy.

8. QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE BONUS: MONTHLY REQUIREMENTS & CASH REBATES

In addition to monthly pay-outs, INUKA rewards Members that maintain Emerald Status and beyond for all 3 months in any INUKA Quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul -Sep, Oct-Dec). Members receive an additional R3,000, R10,000, R25,000, R50,000, R100,000, R250,000 and R600,000 per quarter for maintaining Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond, Double Diamond, Triple Diamond, Executive Diamond and Presidential Diamond Status respectively. Quarterly Maintenance involves an ongoing interest in the INUKA Business by recruiting, training and supporting your downline and therefore requires activity and efforts above the minimum standard. 9. ONGOING SUPPORT & AFTERSALES SERVICE

Our dedicated INUKA Team offers friendly advice and support to assist our Members to ultimately grow an ongoing and sustainable business on your journey to financial freedom. We invite and encourage Members to have regular contact with our Call Centre and Helpdesk. They are just as passionate about your goals as you and are there to also offer Aftersales support. We can be reached via SMS, email or a phone call.

9.1. SIMO Member Website Portal SIMO is your INUKA website assistant that will give you access to your Member Portal.

Visit www.inuka.co.za and click on the Member login button. Once you have logged into your personal SIMO Portal you will have access to your sales reports, a list of Members in your personal downline and a variety of downloads to assist you with your INUKA Business.

9.2. Updated Sales Reports
