Peter Rogers established Rogers Insurance in 1977 and continues to be actively involved in the company as our Chairman. You’ll regularly see him in our Calgary office, casually stopping by staff’s desks to say hello or meeting with clients. OUR LEADE R S
Lee Rogers is our President and is responsible for the overall direction of our nation-wide group of companies. Lee is actively involved with clients and supports our team to ensure our relationships and service remain the best in the industry.
Bruce Rabik is our Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our group of companies. Bruce enjoys making people laugh and engaging in debates. He also invites staff to share what’s on their mind over coffee on a weekly basis.

STAFF RECOGNITION We recognize the hard work and dedication of our people in a variety of ways: • Kazoo is our online recognition platform that allows staff to award points to colleagues for a job well done. Staff can redeem these points for various rewards (i.e., gift cards, extra time off). • Roscars Program recognizes employees who exemplify our corporate values in their day-to-day work. We celebrate four Roscar winners each month, as voted by their colleagues. • Rogers Rockstars are chosen annually by our leadership team for their demonstration of our core values, performance, and for going above and beyond. Rockstars receive $1,000 towards RRSP matching, an exclusive dinner with senior management and more. • Rogers Tenure Awards celebrate our staff who have worked at Rogers Insurance for five and 10 years by treating them to beautiful Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
CHRISTMAS PARTY We treat our employees and their families to two nights in Kananaskis in celebration of the holidays. Our annual gathering includes a casual Friday night event and a semi-formal dinner and dance on Saturday.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Rogers Insurance is proud to serve our communities through a variety of charity events each year. This includes fundraising for our Charity of Choice, which staff vote on every three years; our annual Rogers Insurance Run for L’Arche event; our Leaders In Insurance Charity Classic Golf Tournament; and many other local and national charity initiatives.
ROGERS DREAM PROGRAM We believe dreams are important. They inspire and give people purpose and hope— all the things we want for our staff. So, our Rogers Dream Program annually awards four employees with up to $10,000 each to fulfill their dreams.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
We believe our people are the best—and that they know other incredibly talented individuals. That’s why we award our people with up to $2,500 for the successful hire of each referral. RRSP CONTRIBUTIONS Depending on your tenure and contribution percentage, Rogers Insurance will match up to four per cent of your RRSP contributions. EMPLOYEE SHARE OWNERSHIP PLAN As employee-owners, our people have a vested interest and a say in our operations. Anyone who is with us for two years can become an owner.
WIN IT – SHARED SUCCESS PLAN Our shared success plan allows non-commissioned employees to qualify for a bonus, depending on overall growth of our company. CONTINUING EDUCATION We support the learning and professional development of our employees by paying for approved courses and programs and offering additional cash bonuses for the completion of a designation. We also offer numerous in-house training and development seminars. VACATION POLICY We consider both tenure with Rogers Insurance and industry experience when calculating staff’s annual vacation time. Every employee receives a minimum of three weeks paid vacation each year.
FLEX TIME POLICY Most of our employees have flex days that they can use to maintain a positive work-life balance, without having to use up vacation time. Flex days can be used to spend time with family, to take a mental health day, or even to go and get your hair done. BIRTHDAYS OFF We believe birthdays should be celebrated! That’s why our people get their birthdays off.
