General Information on Legends Creekside:
This lodge offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites available for quarter-share ownership. This type of ownership is designed for people who know they will not use their place 365 days of the year. The basic concept is you own one quarter of a mountain home and you can use it one week every month. Your particular week will vary each year based on a rotation schedule so that all owners have the chance to use their property (or receive rental income) over the key weeks such as Christmas/New Year, Easter etc. Legends Whistler is ideal for couples and families who are looking for upscale accommodations with a ski in, ski out location with convenient access to the Creekside Gondola, ski school and Whistler kids programs. The extensive amenities at Legends include; a fitness centre, an outdoor pool, two hot tubs (one family specific), a children's games room, a media room with a large screen television and an alpine club lounge. The pool and hottob are open from 9am to 11om. All suites are spacious and include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, private balcony and in suite washer and dryer. All the conveniences of home make Legends Whistler a perfect choice.

How do I find out what weeks I own?
Please refer to the rotation schedule attached. Each week is colour-coded for your convenience and indicated with letters A, B, C, D. For example, as an owner every fourth week is yours to enjoy or rent out so therefore over the course of time you will eventually get all of the holidays. You are also able to trade weeks with other owners. Your usage works out to be 12 or 13 weeks each year.
Rental Program
Lodging Ovations facilitates a Rental Program for Legends Owners who do not occupy their Resort Home during their Use Period. Those Use Periods not designated on your Notice of Use Form for your personal use are automatically included in the Rental Program for Legends. Revenue Statements are provided quarterly and will be available the month after the quarter end. How do you ensure that each suite/quarter is given fair consideration for rental? Does my Owner usage influence this consideration? Rental occupancy and owner occupancy percentages are tracked, and rental assignments are assigned in a fair and equitable manner based on unit type. Weeks you have deposited into the rental program are managed by the hotel staff, which may be required to move and/or reassign stays in order to accommodate all reservations. Please refer to your rental management agreement if you would like further information.
What costs are included in my total monthly assessment?
The monthly assessment fees include the shared Strata expenses, Contingency Fund, Home Owner's Association expenses, Home Owners Association Capital- Reserve Fund, Heating, Phone, Strata Capital Reserve Fund, Tourism Whistler Fees, and property taxes.
How much are the housekeeping fees?

Upon departure, Owners and personal guests should leave their Resort Home in a clean and tidy condition. Housekeeping performs a Full Clean. Daily rates are for services including towel change, and garbage and recycling these are on a request basis only. Fees are as follows

Will I have access to the amenities when I am not staying at Legends Creekside? Yes you will have use of facilities at Legends when you are not staying, subject to availability.
Are there locker facilities provided?
In-Suite Owner Storage Locker
Each Resort Home includes 4 in-suite storage lockers, and each Legends Owner is entitled to the use of one of the in-suite lockers. You have access to your locker while you are staying in your Resort Home.
Ski Storage
As a Legends Owner, you are entitled to the use of a ski storage locker at all times, including periods in which you are not staying in your Resort Home. All Legends Owners are provided with a key card to access the locker room. Legends Owners are to provide their own lock for the locker itself. Replacement key cards are $20. Your locker number is the same as your suite number & quarter with one locker assigned per Legends Owner. The locker room is located adjacent to the Creekside Gondola for easy access after a day on the mountain.

You may store bicycles in the Legends bicycle storage room while you are staying in your Resort Home. Bicycles left in the bike storage room while not staying in your unit may be removed without notice.
Is there parking available at Legends? And what is the cost?
A heated underground parking facility is provided for your convenience and security. These parking stalls are reserved for Owners, your guests and rental guests staying in residence. Parking privileges are not extended to Owners that are not staying in residence. • 1-Bedroom Resort Homes are allotted one parking stall • 2-Bedroom Resort Homes are allotted one parking stall • 3-Bedroom Resort Homes are allotted two parking stalls • Additional parking may be provided based on availability for a fee ($17+tax per vehicle per night) Parking is for guests only. No opportunity to park unless you are staying at the hotel.
Is Legends Pet Friendly?
Aside from certified seeing-eye dogs, pets are not allowed in your Resort Home.
Is Legends a Smoke Free Facility?
Yes. Legends is a smoke free facility at all times.
