Dear BCI, London Language Institute and BCI Education Partners,
Thank-you for your presentation on the skills shortage that currently exists throughout Canada and other countries around the world. I am the Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Financial Planner at BMO Nesbitt Burns in London and one of the challenges we are finding in this region is attracting qualified information technology professionals to fill the skills gaps we have had over recent years. I am impressed by BCI Innovation Labs and the London Language Institute’s approach towards ensuring a more sustainable job- ready graduate through the training and employment eco-system that you have created. I write to you with an interest in working with BCI and participating in your internship and employability program where your students could join my team’s working environment and get a jump start in an exciting career working in the financial industry. Our financial advisors are finding it increasingly important to have a sound digital strategy for new customer lead generation, acquisition, and ongoing customer engagement. When reviewing BCI programs, it is clear that BCI graduates have the up-to-date skills, knowledge and understanding to support those working in the financial industry.
I look forward to working with you in the future,
Shawn Flick

Dear BCI, I warmly congratulate you on your effective presentation on the skills shortage that currently exists throughout Canada and other countries around the world. I am the CEO of a RH Accelerator, a program designed to help London's tech companies scale quickly. One of the biggest barrier to growth for our partner companies is trying to locate appropriately qualified human resources that can help fill the skills gaps we have had over recent years. I am impressed by BCI Innovation Labs attitude towards more sustainable job-ready student graduates and the quality training and employment eco- system that you have created. I write to you with a deep interest in working with BCI and participating in your internship and employability program where your students could join our company’s working environment and get a jump start in an exciting career. BCI students and graduates can gain the tools and skills necessary to enter the workforce with applicable experience and knowledge and benefit from an overall understanding of living and working in London Ontario, Best of luck with the new initiative!

Dear BCI, Thank you for reaching out to our company to discuss the tech-worker shortage affecting our greater Ontario region and the troubles our company is having finding qualified tech-workers to fill our job roles. We are an open-source web-development firm who works primarily with Python, Golang, Django, React, Postgres DB, Github, CentOS Linux and other open source technologies. Currently the potential candidates we have interviewed in our community use stale and old technologies like jQuery, Java and/or C# - We are not interested in supporting those technologies, nor are our clients and business partners. I am happy to write that we would love to work with BCI Innovations Labs to provide your students potential internship and full-time employment opportunities. I am especially excited to know your school will be providing us with a diverse set of talent which will be using the newest and greatest technology stack which is core to our business. Sincerely yours,
Bartlomiej Mika, President Mika Software Corporation

To Whom it May Concern,
This letter is in support of BCI Innovation Labs and its Education partners in the development of a Technology based diploma and degree program that emphasizes Lean Education, Project Based learning and Collaborative team work. As the owner of Cloud Master Studios, I am wholly supportive of this venture.
Having worked in the tech sector for over 10 years, first as a Project Manager and later as the owner of my own firm, I understand firsthand the skills gap that new graduates face. I also am very familiar with how hard it is to find qualified team members for projects.
The tech sector is often faced with tight deadlines and complex projects. The graduates of today need to be not only ready to learn, but need to be able to function in a team environment.
The program that BCI and its Education partners have developed is exactly what the industry needs. I am excited to hear that they will soon graduate their first cohort of students, and I am committed to interviewing graduates from their program for any new jobs that may arise within my company.
I congratulate both the team and students of BCI Innovation Labs and IIAD Global for being on the cutting edge of tech education. We are very excited to develop a partnership with you.
Warm regards,
Rodolfo Martinez Founder, CloudMaster Studios
