Terms and Conditions When bidding on any lot offered by Route 32 Auctions LLC., the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. Condition of Items_ _________________________________________________________________ By registering online/onsite or participating in this auction in any way you are bound to the terms of this sale. Route 32 makes every effort to accurately describe every item offered for sale. All items are being sold “as is” & “where is” and it is the bidders’ responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item as grading is subjective. We recommend previewing items prior to the auction. Route 32 will not be held responsible for typographical errors. Neither we nor the consignor, makes any guarantees, warranties, or representation expressed, or implied, in regard to the property or the correctness of the catalog. Buyer’s Premium_ ___________________________________________________________________ Onsite/Phone/Absentee - 18% buyer’s premium

Bidding Rights & Responsibilities_ ____________________________________________________ The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. Route 32 is not responsible for any errors in bids, omissions of bids, or failure to execute bids. Absentee Bids_ _____________________________________________________________________ Route 32 will accept absentee bids if pre-authorized. If there are two identical bids placed on the same item, priority will be given to the first bid received. Payment_ __________________________________________________________________________ All merchandise must be paid in full within seven days of the date of sale. Credit Card- There will be a 3% fee charged for all credit card payments. There will be a $20 fee for all declined credit cards. Check- Make checks payable to Route 32 Auctions LLC. There will be a $20 fee for all returned checks. Please contact us within 2 business days after the auction, otherwise all transactions will be automatically processed. In the rare circumstance where bidder does not remit payment within 30 days, Route 32 will proceed with legal action necessary and will block bidder from further auction participation. Sales Tax_ __________________________________________________________________________ Items purchased from Route 32 Auctions are subject to all state and local taxes, unless appropriate tax-exempt forms are on file with Route 32. If bidding online you must have your tax exemption uploaded to your account to be considered exempt. Bidders agree to pay for Route 32’s actual amount of taxes due if sales tax is not properly collected for any reason. Bid Results_ ________________________________________________________________________ Route 32 will only contact successful bidders. Please allow 24-48 hours post auction to receive your official invoice from Route 32 Auctions. Shipping Terms_ ____________________________________________________________________ It is the bidder’s responsibility to take shipping, handling, and insurance costs into consideration when participating in our auctions. Route 32 reserves the right to choose what items we ship in-house as well as the order they are shipped in. If picking up items after the day of auction, you must notify our office within 2 business days. You have 30 days to pick up your items during normal business hours, which are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. All other items will be prepared for shipping. As a general rule the following guide will apply: - Invoices that have all lots under 32" will be kept here at Route 32 Auction House for in house shipping. You will receive shipping information directly from us.

(Shipping Terms Continued) - All items larger than 32" will be sent for 3rd party shipping. We are partnered with both The Freight Station and Navis. Once your items have been received by the 3rd party they will be contacting you for shipping payment. Any risk of loss or damage to the items during transit via carrier, in excess of the insurance provided by or purchased from Route 32, is at the risk of buyer. Buyer releases Route 32 Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney’s fees, for any claims brought against Route 32 for loss or damage occurring in transit. Storage Fees_ ______________________________________________________________________ All items not picked up after 30 days or with unpaid shipping, may assess a storage fee of $100 per month. After 90 days, items that have not picked up or with unpaid shipping, bidder authorizes Route 32 to sell at standard commission and consignment terms. Bidding Information Bidding process _ ____________________________________________________________ In-person_________________________________________________________________________ Enjoy a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by coming to an auction event in person! Going to a live auction gives you a chance to check out the items on which you would like to bid. Please provide name, email address, and lots you are interested in bidding on. If absentee bidding, we will also need your maximum bid amount. Phone Bidders: On the day of the auction, a Route 32 representative will call you approximately 5-10 lots prior to the item you are interested in. You can listen to the sale via phone and advise the representative to bid on your behalf. (We recommend that you leave an emergency absentee bid in the rare case we are unable to contact you prior to the sale of the item.) Absentee bids will be executed by the auctioneer or a Route 32 Auctions representative during the live sale. We will execute your bid up to the maximum amount requested. Online_ __________________________________________________________________________ If you prefer to bid in the privacy of your own location, we provide options for this as well. Online bidding for Route 32 Auctions is offered through Proxibid & Liveauctioneers. See our website for the Proxibid and Liveauctioneers links. If items are purchased online, you will need to wait till the end of the auction for pickup. If you have won an item____________________________________________________________ Congratulations! If you are at the auction in-person, you may pay at the front desk for your items. Item liability transfers upon a successful bid. Items paid for must be packed, transported and/or removed by the purchaser at own risk after the close of the sale. If an employee of Route 32 packs or transports the merchandise, it is fully at the risk and responsibility and expense of the purchaser. Shipping Process For those who need their items shipped, once the item is paid for and we receive your shipping request, shipping will be calculated and sent in a second invoice. If you would like a tracking number, please respond via email. The items will be shipped out in order of payment. Shipping costs include materials and carrier costs and are insured. 9 - Early Cane With 4 Carved Dogs In Antler The carvings are very well done and detailed, the largest dog is missing one eye which appears to be glass, the ring where the top meets the shaft is not marked but looks to be sterling, rubber cap on the bottom over the antler point, displays very well and has a great look, sturdy, 36.5” tall, rated 8.75
13 - Persian Area Rug Hand knotted, wool, Persian area rug, measures 118.5x90.5”, blue and beige central medallion on a blue field flanked by larger red field, vibrant blue, red, and beige border designs along outer perimeter, shows signs of wear, thread loss, and fringe loss, displays exceptionally well with a great look that would tie any room together, rated 8.5-8.75
