If the high bidder elects only one of the tracts, then the remaining tract will be sold. The tracts will NOT be offered together at the conclusion of the auction. Immediately following the auction, the successful buyer(s) will be required to enter into awritten pur- chase agreement with the seller and pay ten per- cent (10%) of the bid price as a non-refundable down payment. The balance of the bid pricewill be due at closing, on or beforeMonday, April 4, 2022. Bidding is NOT subject to the following contin- gencies, including but not limited to fi nancing, ap- praisal, or inspection. The seller will provide title insurance in the full amount of the purchase price and pay the 2021 real estate taxes, due and pay- able in 2022.
