Welcome to the CIPD NI HR Awards 2020 A very warm welcome to the eighth annual CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards. We're delighted you are joining us to share an afternoon of excitement on one of the highlights of the year for HR and L&D professionals in Northern Ireland, albeit a little later than planned and in a virtual format.

The awards continue to go from strength to strength with an increase of entries year-on-year, and the addition of new categories to reflect the Northern Ireland landscape. This year, our 16 judges, across five judging panels had a very difficult task in selecting the category winners due to the high calibre of entries submitted. Many thanks to all those who submitted entries and adapted to the virtual interview process for this year. Well done to all those shortlisted and many congratulations to this year's winners. A huge thank you to our judges for giving generously with your time and expertise to read and score entries and partake in the virtual judging day with a record number of interviews taking place.
