*Legacy - Child of a member between the ages of 18-30, who would otherwise qualify as an Associate, receives a 50% reduction of the initiation fee. A birth certificate must be included to qualify.

**Spouses of Associate and Non-Resident members are eligible to receive a waived initiation fee. †Dues are billed on a semi-annual basis on February 28th and August 31st. ††Food and beverage minimum is billed on an annual basis if the minimum has not been satisfied. All fees subject to sales tax. All membership categories, except Child of Member, Athletic and Olympic Medalist, reserve the right to sponsor candidates.

Certain classes exempt from food and beverage minimum, see current membership fees. **Current facility fees apply. See City House and Travers Island fee sheets for daily and membership facility fees. † Option One Policy: A spousal member whose initiation fee was waived will be required to pay the initiation fee prevailing at the time of the spousal member’s election to membership, if the primary member has ceased being a member for three consecutive years following the election of the spousal member to membership. Implementation of this policy will be at the discretion of the Secretary. In the event that married applicants in different membership classes are elected at the same time and wish to avail of the spousal discount, the elder of the two applicants must be deemed to be the primary member and initiation fees applicable to the primary member’s class of membership shall be in effect.
