A well-prepared home creates an emotional response in its visitors. We strongly believe that helping your home look its best and creating a warm and welcoming environment sets the stage for the entire sales transaction. Most of our clients are in need of some sort of renovation before listing their home for sale, or purchasing a new one. New light fixtures, paint, updated bathrooms, and new flooring are common updates. We help choose the materials and organize the contractors to make the process as easy as possible. Renovations
Once any updates and repairs are done, the staging begins. A comprehensive design is created and your home is transformed. Staging and Design
Some transformations are minor - just rearranging and adding a few accessories. Some are major - updating fixtures, lights, bringing in all furniture and decor. And all are designed to knock our client's socks off, as well as the buyers that vie for their home.
Before and After
The following pages are some before and after pictures of our projects.
Something to note: "Before" pictures are generally taken during a walk-through when first looking at the home. The homeowners are living in their spaces - they are not staged, all lights may not be on, and the pictures are taken with a cell phone. All "after" pictures are professional and used for listing the property.
