Integrating with Whistl allows you to enjoy the benefits of a multi-carrier solution from a single supplier, all via a single integration. You unlock access to our expanding range of tracked services, with support for label printing, manifesting, tracking and customer notification. There are two ways you can integrate with us – directly with your own system (Web Services) or via our customer portal (Despatch Manager). ALLOCATE DESPATCH METHOD Based on your item parameters, our system can be used to calculate the service which best fits the item and your requirements.

CREATE MANIFEST Prenotifications received and used to manifest your items to Whistl and our carriers for processing.

DESPATCH PARCEL A label is created and returned for the most appropriate service for its characteristics.

By directly integrating your WMS or despatch system with Whistl, you can label and despatch items using your own operational systems. Asynchronous label returns facilitate speedy label production, meaning you can embed tracking labels in picknotes and invoices. Alternatively, labels can be returned direct to your printer as a print file to integrate label production with your despatch processes. Web Services gives you a sustainable, low-impact solution, ready for future developments and product onboarding.

Despatch Manager is a web based application which enables you to import order information, select services for despatch and print labels. Our system is designed to provide different options for importing item information, supporting businesses of different sizes and with varying setups. It’s flexible, including a selection of printing options and the added benefit of allowing editing and amending of item details. You can also directly print labels from the system. Despatch Manager offers a light integration into your systems and is fully powered by our Tracked Services platform, meaning as our service offering grows – your integration is future proofed.
