Move to a variety of music in this 45-minute cardio conditioning class. All fitness levels welcome and encouraged. Bride Fit :

Location: Slater Community Center Gym When: Saturdays 9:00 am Instructor: Becky Olinger Fee: $20.00 for eight weeks A fitness program designed for brides & bridal party. Are you trying to get in better shape for a big occasion or want a Saturday morning workout. The class will get you in shape while having a great time! The class is open to ages 16 & over and can be modified to meet most fitness levels. Staff will also provide Nutrition information. *New session starts April 16th *Pre-registration is required for all fitness classes and can be done at the Slater Center during regular business hours 8am to 5pm or online at bristoltn.recdesk.com. Body Sculpt : Location: Slater Community Center Gymnasium When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 pm Instructor: Taffie Barb Fee: $30.00 for eight weeks or $8.00 per class The class combines toning, sculpting, cardio, strength, and stretching using weighted and bodyweight exercises. The class is open to ages 16 & over and those under 16 if accompanied by a participating adult. It can be modified for beginners, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels.

Location: Slater Community Center Gymnasium When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:15 pm Instructor: Becky Olinger Fee: $20.00 for eight weeks or $8.00 per class The class is a combination of strength, cardio, flexibility, & core incorporating weighted and bodyweight exercise. The class can be modified for most fitness levels and is open to ages 16 & over. A participating adult must accompany those under 16.

The State St. Farmer's Market happily accepts SNAP/EBT cards. Participants can scan their card and receive wooden tokens of either $1 or $2 in value then use those tokens with participating vendors.

Parks and Recreation Commission The City of Bristol, Tennessee Parks and Recreation Department manages athletic and community programming activities as well as maintaining park facilities located within the City of Bristol. The City of Bristol, Tennessee City Council appoints residents to the Parks and Recreation Commission. The volunteer Commission acts as advisory board to the Department and City Council. The Commission helps to establish rules, regulations, functions, goals, policies, and procedures for the performance of its duties and for the use, operation, and conduct of all facilities and programs.
