HOW CAN I GET MOVING?
There is one fundamental rule of the human body: it was made to move! There are several reasons why people may not want to participate in physical activity. Get up from your chair every 20 minutes and walk around, even if it is just for a few seconds. 3. Walk or exercise at least 30 minutes every day. 4. Drink plenty of water. 5. • 2 handful of baby spinach • 1 cup black beans, cooked or canned • 2-3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

DIRECTIONS Filling: Heat1-2 tbspofoliveoil ina largeskilletovermediumheat.Addgratedsweetpotato and roast for 30 seconds, then add spices and stir to combine. Once the pan is sizzling, add a little water, then cover the pan and reduce to low hear. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add baby spinach, and cook for 2 minutes until sweet potato is tender and cooked through.Stir inbeans,corn,parsleyandcookfor1minute longeruntilcooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
