STEP 1

SELF AWARENESS is an excellent start for discovering where you have confidence and where you are lacking. The key is to notice the "meaning you add" to where you lack confidence. Ideally, if you can trace these "meanings" back to your childhood, you may smile when reflecting like 'aah no wonder, as I remember when I was........?!"

Importantly, it is excellent to notice any disempowering 'self talk' whenever you don't feel confident.

STEP 2

COMMUNITY plays an important role in where your confidence can show up or get put down.

Using your self awareness, ask yourself whether you experience your communities you interact with on a regular basis, have you be empowered or disempowered. Logically, if you traffic in an environment where people support and nurture you, you sense of confidence is enhanced

PASSION is so important in developing your confidence.

Using your self awareness, inquire into what thrills and excites you in life. Where does your eagerness and enthusiasm lie? A great indication of confidence expressed powerfully is when you speak about your loves in life, as it leaves little doubt and underlines who you are around them.

STEP 4

EDUCATION is key in gaining confidence.

Using your self awareness, ask questions that are relevant to your passions in life. What do you need to learn that will enhance your knowledge in everything that is important to you. Embrace your confidence by treating it as an ongoing inquiry where your capacity for learning is forever expanding.

STEP 5

POSTURE is important in displaying confidence.

Using your self awareness, notice how you sit, stand, lie down, run, walk, jump noticing any awkwardness or discomfort. If unease is present, make adjustments such that your movements and settling are actioned with ease and grace to display an air of confidence.
