SERC is committed to providing training and non-binding guidance to industry stakeholders regarding emerging and revised Reliability Standards. However, compliance depends on a number of factors including the precise language of the Standard, the specific facts and circumstances, and the quality of evidence.

Purpose: SERC staff will present and makeSERC register ed entitiesaware of impactful ERO and SERC updates, current topics, and emergingoperational, security,and compliance initiatives.The primary topicswill be focus edon recent or upcoming programmatic changes that wililmpact our external stakeholders.Secondary topics will be focus edon emerging threats or impacts to the reliabilityof the SERC region Target Audience Operations, transmission, gener ation, securityc,ompliance, and traini ngstaff of registered entitieswithin the SERC Regi on responsible for protecti ng the reliability and security ofthe Bulk Power System.
