announced the $4.6-million sale of 106 Harbor Dr., a 65,000 s/f, single-tenant warehouse prop- erty in Jersey City. The NAI team of senior vice president Tom Ryan and vice president Barry Cohorsky represented the property’s seller, a family investor.
