Abbey MINDFULNESS Book

Our 2022 leavers have worked hard to produce their own legacy book aimed to support a happy and healthy mind. They have created a bank of inspirational and motivational quotes along with a range of activities, which can be used to calm the mind. All of the artwork is original, with the children being inspired by the artist Jessi Raulet.

A message from the teachers:

We are so proud of each and every one of you and what you have accomplished this year. As your time at Abbey comes to a close, we wish you all the best as you move on to secondary school and continue to shine – you’ve got this!
