Choice #1 Choice #2 Choice #3 The following times will be the same for all three courts and are limited to the following hours on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Block Booking Times Full Time Working Members Priority 7:00 AM 10:00 AM 1:00 PM 4:00 PM 7:00 PM 8:30 AM 11:30 PM 2:30 PM 5:30 PM 8:30 PM On Fridays, no booking times are reserved from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM. The 6:00 PM time slot on Monday through Thursday may not be used for all three choices. Heavy applications are anticipated. Those who took 2 nd or 3 rd choice last year will be given preference this year, if possible. Subscription conflicts will be resolved by using a lottery. Prior use of a time slot does not confer priority for future assignment . Please indicate three choices. Otherwise, no court assignment may result. All applications must have four names. A captain will be assigned for each group. Any member may have only one block booking. If your game is canceled, please notify the Racquet Shop to release the court for others (655-6513 or 655-6171 extension 150 or 151). Block Bookings are not in effect on holidays or weekends. Full time working members have priority on holiday and weekend mornings at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. All applications must be received by 5 PM, September 18, 2020. Please hand-deliver or email to the Racquet Shop. Assignments will be prepared by October 2 and will be available at the Racquet Shop. All Block Booking participants are charged a $20 fee to cover costs for various programs and events conducted during the tennis season. Because of tennis court construction, there will be short periods of down court time during the season. We will give as much advance notice as possible.
