Private Home Rental Application

Thank you for your interest in the 2022 BMW Championship Home Rental Program. Each year, a small percentage of players or tournament staff may be in need of a private home rental. With your assistance, we are able to provide the players and staff members with more spacious accommodations during the week of the Championship. Please complete and return both pages of the following application and your home will be added to the program. Completion of this application does not guarantee that your home will be rented .

RENTAL GUIDELINES

 Arrangements. This information will be filed and forwarded to interested players at their request. All final negotiation, arrangements and/or agreements are the sole responsibility of the renter and the tenant.  Location. Your home must be within 20 minutes driving time from Wilmington Country Club to be considered.  Photos. Various photos of the interior and exterior of your home must be submitted with this application sent, via email, to [email protected].  Price. You are allowed to price your home to what you feel it is worth, but it is up to the player what he will pay or not pay.  Rental Period. The home must be vacant from Monday, August 15 through Sunday, August 21, 2022.
